F1 » Grosjean ‘in pole position’ for Lotus F1 seat

Fullofit: Interesting story online yesterday ... Audi buying Torro Rosso for 2016 factory entry, keeping Red Bull backing, Dominicalli already hired as team boss, F1 spec engine been in development since the beginning of 2014, Alonso to drive in 2016. Hmmmmm
Sounds great if true. I've always wanted to see Audi in F1. Not sure why/how they would keep the RBR backing if it was true though..

F1 » F1: Force India retains Hulkenberg for 2015

ProfessorDave:
runnah:
tonybananas: Button to Force India? No chance. 1. JB has publicly stated he is not interested in a seat with a middle of the field team 2. Force India could not afford JB's salary
Lol didn't Massa say the exact same thing? Besides Williams was a bottom of the field team for how long and they finally turned a corner.
Good time to find out if Button still has the hunger to race in F1 ... or is only in it for the money!
Button has plenty of money. I think he is one of few you can say is doing it for the love of racing rather than a pay cheque.

F1 » McLaren driver announcement due before F1 finale

Taipan: Taz, Haven't you heard, Lulu is the only Merc driver in history to win a Russian GP, that makes him a record breaker in fanboy land.
Haha. And WBS I agree with you. I believe DC mentioned something about Button seeming rather glum even after finishing 4th in Russia, so there may be some tell tale signs there. I didn't see it though, just heard about it!

F1 » Hamilton: 'Very cool' to have won first F1 race in Russia

richard: corkey. i said that in this race, lulu had no competition due to nico having a big stuff-up. but when the two mercs are running, he is being fairly equaled by nico. i cannot remember webber in a "dominant " car , pushing vettel very much. especially during the time when macca was actually the best car, (with lulu driving too), yet lulu could only come 4th in the wdc. i never expected vettel to win 5 wdcs in a row, and in fact, after the second wdc, i didnt expect him to win a third! balance changes from year to year, and having different wdcs makes for more interesting f1. lulu could well win the wdc this year,, but if he does, it would have been an easy stroll for him, and there will be less credit due to him due to the merc being so dominant. and it is the CAR that is dominant, not the DRIVER! even m4xie could probably win in that car! (perish the thought!)
I quite agree Vettel did a fantastic job with the car he was given. It is never JU
