F1 » Horner praises Ricciardo’s ‘massive performance’

I seriously cannot believe the narcissism of some of the posters on this forum. Having to start nearly every post with "as I've mentioned in other posts" or include the words "FIA flow reading" in every other post just makes this forum boring and consistently off-topic. Riccardo has been awesome so far but I'm sure Vettel will find a way very soon to catch up. There is more than "the car" that won him 4 x championships!

F1 » Australian Grand Prix - Qualifying results

Webbertron:
wtf: Hamilton...awesome Ricciardo...man of the session Vettel...slapping the steering wheel like a baby and shown up when asked to "drive" a car
As much as I like to see Vettel have a bad day, he was obviously frustrated after not qualifying well as any driver on the grid would be. I'm not sure what coverage you watched, but with the Sky on-board of Vettel's qualifying laps on almost every corner he had to correct the car, and he demonstrated excellent car control where others may have spun or gone off. In terms or pace he isn't there yet, however in terms of his driving ability it is standard German perfection.
Including when he hit the wall?

F1 » United States Grand Prix, Austin – Race results

@wtf And who is Mr Webber to call Grosjean "nutcase" or to say "Maybe he needs another holiday" ? Oh yeah the red bull driver who get destroyed in every race by his teammate. He should be a a little bit more humble because his results in the best car on grid are far from impressive. He is the one of the many that was driven off the road or lost part of their front spoiler last year from Grosjean's erratic driving. Fact. But credit to Grosjean, he is improved remarkably, particularly over the later half of this season. Webber being "destroyed" by a once in a generation driver/car/engineer combination is hardly accurate. He has contributed hugely to RBR winning the constructors championship over the last 4 years and has managed more victories than a lot of other drivers on the grid. Webber is both humble and honest at the same time. Qualities that also separate him from most others on the grid. Try some perspective and balance in your views in the future.
