F1 » Button doubts wisdom of Hamilton move

Well he is entitled to say something in relation to his outgoing team mate. I personally feel Lewis has done all he can at McLaren and rightly so it's time for a new challenge be that as it may more difficult initially I'm sure in the long term things will get good. After all it's only a matter of time before a world class manufacturer like Mercedes get their act together. Likewise keep the faith Lewis!!

F1 » Webber admits title is 'tricky now'

It would have made such an impetus to resurrecting his title bid challenge if he had clenched this win and I for one am deeply disappointed at his missed opportunity. Please not another Vettel WDC. Should Vettel take the championship well he shouldn't be denied he deserves it, however it renders the sport a bit boring just as in the Schumacher era. I'm sure no one wants to see one driver and team dominate the sport every year.

F1 » Hamilton questions performance drop

@Taipan, Indeed, I am a Hamilton fan strictly on his abilities as an out and out racer. I'm aware that ever since is arrival into the sport, perhaps his celebrity status has gotten the better of him I'm not quite sure but I recall he use to be quite a humble young man. That doesn't deter from the fact that he really needs to get his emotions in check and stick to his driving. Nevertheless I don't know the fellow personally so I wouldn't defend him Tooth and nail as some do. You can be a fan then again you could also be a fanatic.

F1 » Webber: I need to win

I really hope Webbo can mix it up by winning. Although other than Alonso and Vettel all the other contenders really need to win at least four out of the remaining races and be on the podium for the fifth. If he was to take the title it really couldn't happen to a nicer bloke. I personally however don't see any one individual winning the next five or four consecutive races but anything is possible.

F1 » Hamilton questions performance drop

I can't believe it, this is just the type of story which will regrettably bring out all the conspiracy theorists from here to Timbuktu. It's obvious his performance dropped off from Practise 1 and as he rightly says a slight tweak in the set up and the car may change drastically so it's something they will have to work on. That said, I hope they get it right so all the contenders may fight it out as it should be.

F1 » McLaren: Twitter not sign of driver split

Man! The damage is done. Lets get realistic the issue has nothing to do with McLaren on this occasion. It involves the gaffe by Lewis to his team mate. If I was Jenson I would be wondering about Lewis's state of mind. Likewise if I was Lewis I would be wishing for the ground to swallow me up. Its a sad state of affairs but I must say there are no excuses for such gaffes and letting your emotions get the better of you. As a Lewis supporter I sincerely hope this is the last we hear of such shenanigans and he focuses on his driving.

F1 » Button: Vettel favourite for title

Well he is being realistic after all. From the performances of the last couple of races Vettel has caught Alonso remarkable quickly so he is quite right to say his looking the favourite. I very much doubt that Ferrari and Alonso will be standing still however and I think Ferrari will up their game considerable from this weekend onwards. For all the teams and drivers in contention it has reached that time where it is all or nothing. I'm sure Alonso and Ferrari will be aiming to win this weekend anything else will diminish whatever advantage Alonso has.
