MotoGP » Redding eager to put Austin tumble behind him

Strider: Will be interesting to see if Scott's speed in Austin was legitimate, or whether he exploited the best package for that circuit, in qualifying at least.
Best package?? Only one honda ahead of three yamahas and two ducatis. Why is that the best package??? Week in week out it is only marquez that makes the difference.
You say that as though I am plucking statements out of thin air haha. The objective data is that the top five saw a factory Honda finish ahead of two factory Yamaha's and two factory Ducati's. Aoyama isn't a fair representation of Repsol Honda's potential. Cal underperformed in the race and as we know Redding didn't complete a single lap. However in quali three of the top six were Honda's. With all of that on the table it's widely acknowledged that the Honda is best suited to that particular track.
Youre missing my point. Marquez finished ahead, where was the next honda? Why just take Cal out of it as underperforming. This is a Marquez track not a honda track.

Sorry don't have Hayden's contact details Both Repsol bikes finished 16 seconds in front of the field last year, and Repsol chooses the #1 at Repsol Honda, just ask Nicky Hayden Repsol also tells Honda which tires to be on. Thats about as much as you need to know to figure it out.
