F1 » Hamilton: I want to be seen as a great

Put Hamilton up on a 1000cc Honda Fireblade behind John McGuinness in this year's Isle of Man TT and Hamilton will see what real greatness is.This 37 miles is just about the only real track left , everything else has been sanitized or closed down . F1 is full scale Scalextric not too different from the 1/32 version you can buy in a toyshop and bring home in a cardboard box

RR » Farquhar confirms North West 200 role

How can anybody say Farquhar is a hypocrite ? ( incidentally , its spelled with an e ) . He won 199 races , goodness only knows how many he competed in. Who said " he will put others on his bikes but wont ride them himself ".His uncle died riding one of his bikes . He has RETIRED and is entitled to retire WHEN he wants. As somebody else said lots of the armchair bikers on this forum probably don't even have a bike. He is respected greatly by all his competitors. Michael Dunlop said racing won't be the same without Ryan Farquhar. Whoever called R Farquhar a "hypocrit " is an armchair bulls**tter

MOTOGP » Stoner: Ankle worse but it won't affect me

Like him or loath him , he is a superb MotoGP rider with immense natural speed and talent and will be very much missed next year . Why do some people take dislikes to certain riders/drivers for no particular reason ?, they are ALL fantastic guys with skill we could only dream about . Stoner had a major off , of course his ankle is hurting , we should all wish him well in his last few races, He provided great racing and entertainment for many years.
