F1 » First Bahrain F1 test times – combined

F1 is fast approaching the point of no return. Uncompetitive teams that are just grid-fillers, pay drivers without the requisite skill to win races, DRS, double-points, and so on. I accept that, like most professional "sports", it is a business that needs to keep the revenue rolling in. However, I'm not interested in watching businesses run sports to simply line the pockets of people like Bernie.

F1 » Latest F1 cars 'a mind-blowing display of innovation'

I wouldn't care if they changed to 1.6 litre 4 cylinder engines as long as they allowed unfettered development dropped restrictive regulations. Let the teams try different engine configurations, fuel delivery systems, etc. Let them be creative and they will probably develop engines that will be amazing. The more restrictive the regulations the more I lose interest.
