It is nice to see a Suzuki putting in some good lap times though...and this for their first "official" test outing. Really not bad, and it's quite a good looking bike too.

Top 10...I hope that Tech3 included that in a clause in their contract with him. I never could see what justified him earning a MotoGP seat and a seat with Tech3 at that! I would much rather see Redding on a Tech3 M1. I have nothing against Smith, but he has never impressed, he just doesn't have that x-factor like the others, or like his team mate for example..

This result was to be expected. I feel sorry for Dovi, I like him, he is a good rider, but that bike is rubbish! ..in 07, the first year of the 800cc's when they won, they had a distinct straight line speed and hp advantage over the other teams with their desmodronic valve system. Honda and Yamaha were still using valve springs!! From 08 however, Honda and Yamaha started using pneumatic valves and got faster and faster and Ducati's wins got less and less...the rest as they say is history

Good luck to them, it would be good to seem them be a bit more competitive...at least for the sake of the racing and the sport. Good teams, good riders, hopefully the machines will allow them to express themselves.

Marc Marquez...it's a bit of a no-brainer really. I would love for it to be someone else but I think that it's pretty much been ordained that he will win
