MotoGP » Hayden top Open, needs 'chunks' from Barbera

Joeski: I think looking back Nicky should have gone to Pramac as was the plan but everyone was fooled by that Open Honda and their misleading claims of 0.3 sec. Hell, even A. Esparago said after he signed for Forward that he was having regrets (sure he realized he got the best deal a few races later in 2014) signing for Forward when Aspar was getting Hondas and no one told him about this... Had Nicky gone to Pramac he could have been on a factory bike and with most Ducati experience and GiGi's new bike who knows how that could have played for him...but yea..this is agonizing watching him racing for 14-19. Some may argue that he is a spent force but I think he is still a top 6 rider without the equipment to prove it!!!
Agreed. I don't understand why people are writing him off. He still has the drive and with competitive machinery I'm sure he will be on the podium. Maybe he will go to SBK or somewhere else in MotoGP but either way I certainly hope he can be pro

MotoGP » Rossi: 12 points to Lorenzo, but Marquez ‘very far’

madh4tt3r: Marquez was not over the limit in this race, go watch the replay of his bike.. it just flung him off while he was OFF the throttle. that is not normal behaviour, the Honda this year has something fundamentally wrong with it and it shows by where all the other Honda's are.
I cannot agree more. There is also good reason why CC and Redding are doing terrible this year and it's not so much their lack in talent. These individuals are very talented but if they don't have proper and well equipped then performance and results would not be there. I wonder what Honda will do for next year's bikes. Should it be the same result then I am sure other riders will not want to jump on the same machine. Hopefully Aprilia and Suzuki becomes more competitive.

MotoGP » Scott Redding signs for Pramac Ducati

ducati1098: I think this will be a very good move for Redding. The fact that Ducati will provide additional FACTORY support to help him should work wonders for his performance, and eventually his confidence. I would have done the same thing if I were in his position. And this could very well lead to a works factory in 2017.
Pretty sure Valentino, Nicky and Cal got FACTORY support too......
Pretty sure the bikes Valentino, Nicky, and Cal got is not the current GP15, which is much improved from the previous years.

MotoGP » Rossi wins dramatic wet British GP

Yearby23: See the sie of the smile on Lin Jarvis' face this weekend? Compared to last weekend when Lorenzo won and he was utterly miserable. I won't believe there isn't favourites in that garage.
I wouldn't say utterly miserable soaybe you should reign down on your exaggeration. At the end of the day all Lin Jarvis wants is for Yamaha to win the championship.
