MotoGP » Smith pleased with rookie season

I agree with Mat that Smith is getting better race by race. At least he is positive and gets on with the job. Someone asked why Brits like me would support Brad over Cal. Welli was a big fan of Cal but all the moaning and negativity is just too much. Add that to the fact he was riding like a demon til he got his Ducati contract then stopped trying as hard it seems. Followed Brad since 125cc and still gets my support. Could some guys do better? Yes. But a lot would do a lot worse.

MotoGP » Valencia marks end of MotoGP on British Eurosport

I used to watch Moody/Ryder when I had Sky and enjoyed them but when I switched to BT a couple of years ago I was left with BBC - what a 'mare. Cox is by far the worst commentator I've come across on any sport. Parrish I can just about abide. This made me buy the Moto GP Season Pass and I've bought one ever since. The commentary is first class, coverage of all sessions and highlights of every race since the early 90's which I'm still working through (up to '98 now with Rossi's first year in 250). Even though my BT package will now have the Moto GP I'll still keep my MotoGP pass but am looking forward to seeing what they put together. If it's Cox then I'll never watch again lol.

BSB » Lowes ‘sorry’, Byrne ‘we’re still cool’

Great racing and I'm cheering Alex all the way. I can understand the fans calling Byrne 'Shakey' if they so wish but for the commentators to do it all the time is unprofessional and shows clear favouritism. Why are there so many bad tv pairings around with Burnicle & Whitham here and Parrish & Aussie Knob on beeb. I miss Ryder & Heuwen in the old Eurosport days. Sorry for off-topic rant. Come on Alex, beat Shane Byrne.
