MotoGP » Crutchlow: I could have been fastest

In my opinion its all down to experience. I seem to remember a certain Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo both launching it to the moon on regular occasions in their early years in the premier class and don't even mention Dani Pedrosa taking Nicki Hayden out in 2006. Watch Marquez this year, he'll be a regular visitor to the gravel traps. If Crutchlow wasn't dropping it on occasion it would tell me that he wasn't on the limit. Its called a learning curve and Crutchlow's is still on an upward trend which is not something you can say about Dovisioso. He's flatlined over the last few years. If Crutchlow doesnt get 6 or 7 podiums this year then you can have a dig but until then wait and see.

MotoGP » Smith bounces back after day one tumble

I think the idiots slagging off Bradley 10 minutes into his maiden Moto GP season need to take a reality check. Give the kid a chance. Would the numpties on here even make it out of pitlane on a 230bhp 200mph fire-breathing missile such as he's attempting to tame for the first time let alone lap within a couple of seconds of Lorenzo and co this early in the season. He's never ridden Bridgestones or carbon brakes before and i seem to remember Cal not having it all his own way to begin with. Elias, De Angelis, Barbara, etc etc all talented riders who tried and failed so even if things don't pan out like we hope he's got nothing to be ashamed of. If you've nothing intelligent to say then clear off with all the other teenagers onto Facebook and leave this site to people who actually care about racing!
