F1 » F1: We can solve problems on dyno - McLaren

@Zizzu10 The problem with the McLaren this year was not the engine, it was the chassis, hence the improvement in the last few months. This year's car was a bad design, they won't make the same mistake with the new car. Whatever people may say about McLaren, they are a formidable team and have the resources to get back on top. Sad that they show their drivers such little regard though. As to the electrical problems, running on the dyno is one thing, but when the PU is installed in the car it becomes totally different. Electrical problems in a road car can be a nightmare, in something as complex as an F1 car it can be a thousand times more difficult.

F1 » Rosberg: ‘Not easy to be back in the car’

jimclarkNo2: Nico, you said the best man won, So just deal with it. It can be no coincidence that you have been at Mercedes three years longer than double world champion boy but have less wins.
Correct me if I'm wrong. The first two years he beat Schumi in a car that was nowhere near as good as this years car and was not quick enough a car to beat the Red bulls.

F1 » Button calls on McLaren to ‘fight hard’

Buzz45: I note an air of confidence and affinity with the team all of a sudden. Does he know something good is about to happen? Wishful thinking maybe, but we will find out eventually.
Latest speculations doing the rounds today says K-mag may make way for Alonso and return to testing dutes, while Button will retain his race seat thanks to a significantly reduced remuneration demand.
Oooh, I like the sound of that, even though it devalues Jenson's stock. What's a few million to a multi millionaire, typical though isn't it, it's all business and nothing else.
