MotoGP » ‘Happy’ Rossi heads to Sachsenring

You know....I hadn't really noticed it but it's quite funny how Valentino Rossi has silenced the nay-sayers on this forum who would jump at the chance to throw the insults his way due to some bad races. I was at the MotoGP race earlier this year and it's easy to see why Rossi is so popular. All records aside and out-standing riding ability.....he really seems to appreciate his importance to the fans. He always made an extra effort to make an appearance and sign a few more autographs. Marquez is very much like this too and we're very fortunate to have both of these 2 great champions competing at this time.

MotoGP » Ten to one for undefeated Marquez at Le Mans

GSXER, Australian fan-boy are we? Hey, that's cool and Casey was a great rider but I somehow doubt he would have anything for Marquez either. And, as hard as this may be for you to accept, he quit. Rossi doesn't quit. Marquez is re-defining the style of MotoGP racing. It's probably better Stoner did quit because it leaves his image intact for people like yourself. Stoner may get to ride a motogp bike once in a while, which is very cool for him, but his time has long past. He's not getting into a race because he's been out for too long. If he came back he might finish in the top 5 at best, and he's certainly not going to get anywhere NEAR Rossi, let alone Marquez. It would be great if he did come back and pulled off and upset but Honda HRC wouldn't be bringing him back now. Rossi, on the other hand, continues to improve, to show up at every test, every practice, every race weekend, and prove people wrong, long after they wrote him off. Accept GSXER, Stoner is in the history books, Ros

MotoGP » Rossi revels in old school MotoGP thrills

Professor X is a joke. I like Jorge, but he tossed it down the road. As far as I saw in that race, Rossi was the only one who took it to Marc. I'm a MotoGP RACING fan. I've been following it 35 years and have the good fortune to enjoy races like today. Trollers like Professor X are quite pathetic. He reminds me of the tools I see at track days who pull up beside me in the pits after passing them in the corners because they rolling road blocks. They whine because they can't ride worth a crap and they're thong is showing because of their lame pansy-$$ comments. Yes, that is exactly what you sound like........ Get a life....

MotoGP » Dovizioso: We'll try to do our best

"Rossi basically destroyed the Ducati MotoGP bike uniqueness....." Really? The only unique thing about the speed on the Ducati was Casey Stoner. Rossi and Burgess were hired based on their previous success. The mix just didn't work based on the culture at Ducati, as it's not working with the new management. At least last year they were TRYING to improve things... I'm beginning to think Cal has made a serious error. You can hear the dejection in Dovi's comments. Honda is ready to start using their 2014 bike, and I'm sure Yamaha isn't far behind. If Ducati thinks they can close the gap between now and January......well, good luck! I sincerely hope they do. I own a Ducati! I think they're great bikes. But let's be realistic here.....even if they catch up to this years bikes they'll still be where they are now.
