F1 » Howard: More races key to F1 success in US

Yeah, I like how NBC Sports has been doing the races, having the commercial breaks with a picture-in-picture of the race and the leaderboard. I just think they need to put ambassadors of the sport on national television here and there, as well. At the moment, every Red Bull commercial you see features extreme sports and MAYBE rally/Gymkhana stuff, but never anything for their F1 pursuits. You get F1 racers on Top Gear in the UK pretty regularly, but all we ever see over here is NASCAR drivers.

F1 » Blundell suspects Webber ‘tired of politics’ in F1

No reasonable person would blame Webber for being fed up with politics...but the tire situation is also weighing heavily on his decision, I have a feeling. He is well on the record with his disdain for the new rubber and how the entire vibe of Formula 1 has gone from racing on the edge to nursing tires and pit stop strategy. I think he's just over it. To be honest I'm getting there, too.
