I was pointing out the obvious. .the press love him because he sells there papers. I would hope fans of Lewis like him because of his style. .I admit I'm disappointed with his lack of progress be it his or McLaren's fault. .only time will tell. .he's got a few years left in him yet to prove the doubters right or wrong. I don't know how long this site's been going. .I only wish I found it sooner. .a mine of information.

Richard. ..I've always said Gilles (be it to myself) was a great exciting driver to watch. .I didn't need pundits to tell me otherwise. As for the Lewis continually breaking the drivers code of decency is utter rubbish. Had Lewis been about in the 80's and 90's folks wouldn't of battered an eyelid. The likes of Villeneuve, Senna and Schumacher, weren't shackled by the of the laws of today. .If these greats were driving today, they too wld be getting vilified on crash. net FIA have actually nullified and stamped out what is perceived by the overwhelming majority of fans exciting racing. ..what have we got today. drivers having to mince around the track saving there tyres for Gwad sakes! picking up arm fulls wdc's in the process..surely f1 shouldn't be about tyre preservation and fuel economy. The lying came from Dennis. .Lewis's Christian beliefs got the better of him. Who hasn't lied in . .look at the ex Renault boss. .He got his number 2 driver to bring out a safety so
