F1 » Hamilton 'pleased to prove people wrong'

What's with the 'marketc' it's beginning to get under my skin. No mistake. .JT supposedly gifted Lewis his 5th position to win the 2008. Massa's engine blew...leading by a country mile. .that's probably why it popped The fuel hose mix up was through Ferrari incompetence. .plain and simple...you would though being fifty odd years in the game they'd have the hang of it by now .still, they fixed that for the following year. .they had the rules changed Of course Lewis won his sole world championship thus far through others mishaps etc. .isn't how it works anyway. .you know very well its a combination of lash ups and brilliance. Lewis just missed out on his first year. .got it on his 2nd year then McLaren gave him dogs the following 4 years. ..yes yes Jenson scored more points on a couple of those. .so what. .Steady Jenson still never won another wdc and given his age & his team he's not likely to. ...unlike speed demon Lewis!

F1 » Button takes hope from Alonso issues

Richard. .the new kids don't give a hoot where he ends up in the WDC. .they are having fun following there hero. I'm afraid where he comes from and humble beginnings have everything to do with it. in the eyes of most of his followers. Going back to your third sentence. .yes, that is what supporters do. .they stick with them through thick and thin. .so when the good times eventually come the joy is all the more. ...we know he isn't perfect. .who is. .we know is has a tendency to say silly things at the wrong time. .but all in all he's a good boy. ..coupled with being a fantastic f1 driver. His story is still uncompleted. . .as pointed out by another fine contributor here on crash, Jenson's been in the game 13 years to Lewis's 7...hardly a fair comparison

It isn't all about numbers. .If it were Alain Prost wld of got all the accolades and we wouldn't of remembered Aryton Senna. Lewis Hamilton puts bums on seats. .the guy is box office..he's the whole package. ....he's done more good for f1 than any other British guy I can remember not since James Hunt. . .the guy is exciting to watch. .Spa and Silverstone 2008..the then rookie made the best look like mugs...before Lewis the sport was in decline. .falling attendances etc. .just my opinion. .no offence intended. .Please look past the points!
