Switching to BBC during the breaks I couldn''t believe how awful their commentary was, you''d think they were reporting on a dog show not one of the best races for ye**** Is this what we have to look forward to next season? They''ve got to press gang Ryder and Moody for the job!!!!!

Hi Belinda, In your heart of hearts can't you see (hear) that Toby and Julian are in a different league to your present line up? You've naturally got to defend the Beeb's stance as Steve and Charlie are bound to be already contracted for the new season, but why oh why weren't T & J given SOME sort of roll, ANYTHING. It's chalk and cheese Belinda. You say Steve and Charlie are accomplished ex racers - Sir Alex Ferguson is probably the most successful football manager of all time but the last place I would put him is in the commentary box. I want to be entertained, I want the commentary to match my adrenaline rush. Steve and Charlie, being so monotone have the opposite effect.

To the conspiracy theorists: If there was a microscopic hint of any foul play don't you think Ferrari would be banging down doors looking for justice? They know better than anyone on here the workings of an F1 car and how it reacts in adverse conditions, and have accepted losing gracefully. For Glock to control 800BHP on virtual slicks in torrential rain would have been an impossibility. For anyone, an impossibility. It's a wonder he didn't spin across the finishing line.

I've heard that Eurosport have done a deal whereby they will show all races but with delayed coverage. Does anyone know if this is this true?

He won't do any good on a satellite Duke and will probably get dumped in a couple of years and end up in WSB. Should have stayed in 250's on a more competitive bike or even drop down to 125's and wait for a better ride. Reckon he'd win the 125 WC.

Shame the dynamic duo couldn''t make a race of it but Rossi''s got to him now. This is uncharted territory for Stoner and looks like he''s cracking under the pressure. I might be wrong, there may have been something up with his bike but to drop it after just discovering Rossi had closed by .3 it looks like it rattled him.

As a parent I so feel for his mum and dad, girlfriend and everyone who cared for him. I just hope Andrew Pitt isn't beating himself up about it. Bike racing is dangerous and everyone respects that.

Whatever he does for the remainder for '08 I reckon he'd be a brilliant replacement for DeAngelis or Capirossi in '09. The Kawa ride would be like jumping out of the frying pan....

It's not the first time he's jumped ship, he did it to Suzuki BSB by joining Haslam on the Shell Moto GP team. They def weren't happy.
