MotoGP » Rossi: Honda has found something

Everyone on the same bike would be the only way to sort out who is better than who, but as that is never going to happen, why not just get rid of the electronics and put the bikes back to what they used to be like when it was down the rider?? That could happen. All this sh-t about bikes needing electronics is just an excuse and the teams with the most money can benefit! How good was the racing years ago when it was basic bike and rider against basic bike and rider - no advantage other than skill, talent and ability !!

MotoGP » Rossi: Honda has found something

If anybody can suss out what's going on then it is Valentino. As he says, he is in an ideal position when on the track to see what is going on with the Honda and is able to compare it to the Yamaha. His feedback will be vital if Yamaha are to try and improve their bike and give them a chance to beat Honda and the human missile that is Marc Marquez. Valentino will always tell it like it is, he has praised Marc for his skill and excellent riding and has said what a talent he is, so it isn't as if he is purely blaming the Honda for the incredible success. Having said that though, Valentino also knows the importance of having a bike that is superior to the rest, especially nowadays when it is electronics that play the major part.

MotoGP » Rossi: Like Ron Haslam at the start!

Valentino was like a rat up a drainpipe at the start and had one of the best starts I have seen from him for a long time! He was brilliant and had me on the edge of my seat for a while with his tussle with Dovi. It was a good race for Valentino and just a shame he didn't have the speed to catch up with Jorge - probably no chance with Marc, but a third place was justified and deserved.

MotoGP » Marquez expecting ‘strong’ Yamaha challenge

It doesn't seem to make any difference how strong the Yamahas are as Marc just sails past them regardless!! Also, to say that Valentino and Jorge will be strong is also another obvious statement as they are the only ones, apart from Danny who can even attempt to give chase, albeit fairly futile at that! This year is going to be the strangest in history as it looks as if Marc is going to totally demolish the whole field and win every race. Let's hope the new rules coming into place make it less likely for this to happen again, but there again, who even thought it would happen in the first place??
