MotoGP » We're closer to beating Marquez, says Rossi

God knows what is going on in Valentino's mind, but whatever it is will be a well planned, and well thought out strategy as he has had plenty of time to really study Marc Marquez. This is where Valentino excels as he is able to take advantage of any minute weakness in a rider and probably sees loads of stuff us mere mortals have no idea about when watching them tear round a race track. There is also the fact that Valentino just never gives up, never stops trying, never says never and just keeps on doing what he loves and what we all love him for!! Marc Marquez might be the young kid on the block, but he will never ever take away what Valentino Rossi has become and will always be - a total legend of the sport, a unique racer, and one of those people life produces every once in a blue moon!!!

WSBK » Jonathan Rea - Q&A

shakennstirred - Joanathan wasn't there to win races, just put the bike on the track!! Jonathan has also said that he didn't want to push the MotoGP bike as much as he would have liked for a couple of reasons - he was a bit scared he would come off and do too much damage, and he was still riding in WSB. Honda asked Jonathan to ride their bike for a couple of races while Stoner was injured and that is what he did - no need to try to impress, no need to try to show the world what you could do, just ride the bike round!! Jonathan did good!!

MotoGP » Crutchlow loathe to run soft tyre 'out of principle'

What on earth did Cal expect?? Did he seriously think Ducati would actually "listen" to him??? Even worse, did he really think they would do anything about his complaints?? Ducati haven't taken any notice of anybody so surely Cal should have realised this before he signed for them. There again, Cal has been another who thought he could do better, thought he could ride the bike and everyone else must have been exaggerating!! Bit late for all this now Cal, you were warned!!!

MotoGP » 'Best race of the season' for runner-up Rossi

Valentino wanted to be competitive and he sure as hell is !! He is making the Honda riders really work hard for their success and seems to be the only one constantly giving them grief at the front. Jorge is still struggling, but Valentino is thriving at the moment and with one of his best tracks coming next in Assen, I can see another win for Valentino! And, he may be 35, but it isn't exactly pension age and there is still a lot of life and a helluva lot of racing still to go before this man admits defeat!!

WSBK » Loris Baz - Q&A

This has all been blown right out of proportion simply because it involved Tom Sykes!! Tom has a real bee in his bonnet about Loris and it is because he is too good as a team mate and pushing Tom too much. As the reigning champion, Tom seems to think he is owed some sort of status in the team, and Loris should bow down to Tom and more or less become second fiddle. This means never trying to win a race, never coming near Tom, never putting Tom at risk, never trying to pass Tom, in fact, never ever finishing a race in a better position that Tom, even if you can! Tom Sykes has become a bit of a pain and if I was Loris, I would stuff it up him at any opportunity and tell him where to go !!! This is racing, and you are there to win so if Tom has to battle with Loris to do it, then so be it, let the best man come out on top without any orders not to do so!!

MotoGP » Ducati decision looming for Crutchlow, Dovizioso

Cal has been too critical and far too mouthy! Everybody knows what the Ducati is like and Cal should have listened to what Valentino, Nicky, Marco Melandri and even the only man who could do anything with the thing, Casey Stoner had to say! Cal, however, thought he knew better and even worse, thought he could do better than the top riders who had already given it a go! Let's face it, Cal wasn't the best rider in the world when he came into MotoGP, but had a good bike to work with when on the Tec3 Yamaha. Not good enough though for the man who thought that now he was among the best, it obviously meant he must be just as good, but in my opinion, he isn't! Cal should have stayed in WSB where he was good, in MotoGP he is ordinary and nothing special. Ducati will not like the fact that he airs their dirty washing in public, and it will only get worse if their bike doesn't put Cal where he thinks he should be - on a podium time after time!!

MotoGP » Rossi ‘very proud’ of Moto3 team, Fenati ‘unbelievable’

This is why Valentino is such a legend! His whole life revolves around racing. He is now doing his utmost to bring on young Italian riders which is a credit to the man. Valentino will never leave MotoGP, even when his own racing career comes to an end, he will be there as he just can't leave it behind! Unlike some who seem to have made their money and run!!!
