MotoGP » British Moto2: Great Scott gives champion's ride, Espargaro struggles

Yamaha could have egg on their face with pol , but it could be an inspired decision. Honda however have got their Rider line up bang on , once bautista moves over and Scott takes his spot , if Dani does not deliver and scott does well in his first year , who knows he could be team mates with Marquez , not that would be intersting .

MotoGP » British Moto2: Redding thrills Silverstone with home win

Yes it's disappointing he's not getting Dani's bike to ride , but he will be on a top machine twice the engine allocation and 24 litres of fuel , I was there today it was a sensational GP .. Honda is looking strong for the future that's for sure , I wonder if Yamaha are a bit worried with jumping the gun with a factory contract for Pol ? As ar as Hodas is concerned they got the right rider for their bike . #goscott

MotoGP » Poncharal pays tribute to Ducati-bound Crutchlow

My lord you lot are a happy bunch :) The way I understood Cal did a 12 month deal partly because Tech3 contract with Yam ran out at the end of 2013 and has still not been Re signed . For all we know Yamaha might be trying to water down support to Tech3. Yamaha signed Pol ages ago on a Factory contract and placed him in Tech 3 , with Bradly on a 2 year deal it would have meant no seat unless yam shifted brads into another team. If that happened it would still have meant Cal would essentially be playing second fiddle to Pol in (his) team . I don't think Dorna will have been that happy that Yam jumped so quick for Pol considering the deal with BT . We don't want to pay to view 4 out of the top 6 rides filled with Spanish riders . I believe Herve 100% they were between a rock and a hard place . Good luck cal I hope that you do great things at Ducati .

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow's Ducati MotoGP deal done

you might think its the cash , and it will have a bit factor. but i think the major sticking point was pol , cal was probably more pissed at Yamaha desperate to give pol a factory deal , where he had to fight for scraps .... whats to say that pol was not higher in the order of things than cal at yamaha? so to that effect i dont blame him at fact im pleased for the guy. I just feel for Herve , come on Bradders youve got biggish boots to fill next year !!

MotoGP » Nicky Hayden confirms Ducati MotoGP exit

@frontbrake "however, the team should ensure that they have plenty of fairings and spare parts". Mate you can tell Cal is pushing like crazy like all the top guys , if you never crash your not pushing hard enough. This is racing not driving Miss Daisy. So yes he will bin it but cant fault the guys spirit and attitude , and class this year. Cant see him in Tech 3 as Pol's Subordinate , can you imagine that .. he'd go nuts!! haha HRC deal with LCR would be great , but unlikely , he may well have to take the dog eared Ducati and a wad of looty as the only viable option. its a shame about Nicky as he's a top bloke and i wish him good fortune next year.
