F1 » Alonso calls for Raikkonen results

I like Kimi. Always have. Its hard to watch him struggle so much. The car looks out of shape on exits all the time. Mid corner too. It looks like as soon as he touches the gas the rear end steps out. Maybe its an engine issue more than aero issue. Smooth power delivery is a must when u have 800+ hp in a car that weighs less than 1500lbs..

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

George Zaidan: BTW R6Ryder, Vettel has won 4 consecutive WDC in a row, that ain't no fluke, and he won it against other teams and drivers with cars that at least went all the way to the finish line. You can at least be honest about what has been happening to Vettel's car this season to put him where he is at the moment. But it will be foolhardy to write him off against his team mate with half a season still left. cheers. Yea he has 4 titles. But if you think for a second he did it in a sub par machine... Actually I know you know damn well he had the best car. Just like almost every champion. Now he DOES NOT have the best car and he IS NOT winning. But he has the 2nd best car right? Just like Lewis had. Neither Lewis or seb are good enough to win a WDC in a second rate car. So u can tout seb all you want . But even without mechanical issues his teammate has outperformed him. If you disagree with that fact then I know you are a "fanboy"

F1 » Hamilton: 'I don't want it easy'

George Zaidan: Of course you don't want to take it easy, the problem is that your only competition is the other Mercedes, and that other Mercedes is not letting you take it easy. Let's see if you'll attempt a real pass in Hungary or just stay on his tail and pretend there is something wrong with the car or you. Let's hope you don't get gifted in the last race, champ.
Just curious. When did you see Nico overtaking Lewis on Lewis's pole position races? U like to say Lewis this Lewis that. Why can't nico pass Lewis when Lewis is in front? Just curious. Because I remember Lewis winning 4 in a row without having his teammate many positions back. Obviously his qualifying errors are his own. But from where I'm sitting when Lewis is leading nico is no better at getting past than Lewis.

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

George Zaidan: Congrats Nico! Good job Hamilton, it’s good that you were gifted with a great car
I see you like to take any accomplishment LH has by saying "he has the best car" . I think that's fine. He does have a great car. But you can't say that all of Vettels accomplishments are not a result of him having the best car. This year absolutely proves it. If vettel was the god that many of you vettel fans THOUGHT he was then he would AT LEAST be regularly dominating his teammate.

F1 » Hamilton: Nico has got another gift

This is another reason I like MotoGP so much more than F1. Its racing! They want these guys to push but if you crash your chances are over. I've seen guys in MotoGP crash, destroy the bike, run back to the pits, jump on bike #2 and still snatch Pole. It sucks that when this happens its "game over". With 1/2billion dollar budgets I think they can work out a way to fix this issue.

F1 » Rosberg signs “multi-year” Mercedes extension

richard: ponty. it appears that you did not watch the race. it was actually nico who suffered first, but he adjusted his brake balance to compensate. (radio conversation confirms that) lulu then had the problem and was putting more strain on the braking system due to not adjusting his brake balance to compensate. therefore to me, and many others, including the sky commentators, he eventually suffered loss of rear brakes. if you do not like hearing facts, then that is ok with me, but one driver is a thinking driver, and one isnt.
He asked about the brake balance because Lewis was catching him. Lewis was running a more rearward bias setup. So because of that fact his REAR brakes failed. So please tell me how this fact indicates that Nico was able to manage some situation that Lewis couldn't, with his setup his brakes failed. Only then was the team able to help nico. The original question was because Lewis was closing on him. You guys look for any reason u c

MotoGP » Espargaro leaves it late to deny Marquez in FP2

R6Ryder: I must say that when I see an open rider (ie AE) lead a session by throwing on his special soft qualifier at the end of a session it doesn't really mean too much to me.
Can you seriously not see the advantage of a good grid position ?
Of course I can . . I'm just saying that seeing his q lap time at the top of a Free practice session does not give me any indication of his race pace. The prototype riders don't always do qual laps in FP1 and FP2.
