F1 » Rosberg to clear the air with Hamilton over Bahrain

Some drivers feel the need to "discuss" some hard close racing and others just get on with it.. I prefer the latter. I guess I'm just a little different than some. I think its that kinda racing that makes the fans want to watch. Without fans there is no F1. Sure he was aggresive.. He wants to beat the guy in front or behind him every time. They all do. . It's the pinnacle of motor sports.

MotoGP » Rossi: We destroyed the front tyre

theeagle: A rider of his experience and ability (hence "The Doctor") should be able to do better than pull out any of the hundreds of excuses he has up his sleeve.
So u think he lost 3 seconds a lap why? U think he just didn't feel like going faster. When its clear that he had a MAJOR issue and the journalists ask what happened he is going to answer. If u have actually watched the last 15 years u would know that when rossi races, and gets outpaced on equal ground he is very quick to say "so and so was faster today" I never once say stoner say that. Ever! Or Lorenzo. Lorenzo always blames the bike, stoner always blamed something. Rossi had to say what happened. He was running 2:07's. That's miles off pace. It was clear there was a reason

MotoGP » Rossi: We destroyed the front tyre

This was total BS!!! All the Honda fans would excuse pedrosa and even stoner at times and say "oh his tires" and they only might have dropped some tenths. . 3 seconds a lap is a joke! I've never seen factory team riders drop 3 sec a lap without serious issues. Experience told him to nurse it home, get what points are avail and move on. No need in binning it . We all saw that he was easily on pace for a podium.. I'm not excited about next race for rossi either as he is a bit slower at adapting new circuits. The old man in him is more cautious than the youngsters. Let's hope he finds pace early on... I think a 2nd place on the season is not impossible... 1st is out of the question.

MotoGP » Crutchlow: I’ll race hard tyre out of principle

I think the comment about Ionnone was in order. Some riders get their lap time off the back of another . I remember when VR was on the Duc. Often in practices we would see a few duc's ahead of him. Barbera and Abraham would literally putt around waiting for a tow, do a good lap then all the rossi haters on here would say "omg rossi is the slowest duc" then on race day they would rarely even stay close. I bet it annoys cal to hear iannone get praised for 1 off laps that he did in tow. So he took the opp to point it out to those who don't watch the sessions and just look at the data. Iannone is behind rossi so often it almost looks like rossi is trying to help him. I see it constantly

MotoGP » Lorenzo fighting for 'third or fourth'

Cont. if pol starts beating VR then we might see rossi leave. As of now with the bike working good for rossi I don't see that happening. I wander if Lorenzo really believes he will be able to beat MM on the Honda. I do not. I think the Honda needs to be ridden completely different and it's not JL's way. And it's not likely they would modify everything to help JL if in doing so it would hurt their golden boy.. Best option, complain, make yam think you are leaving if they don't improve and pray for improvement because if they don't come I still don't think leaving Yam is a smart move for JL.

MotoGP » Lorenzo fighting for 'third or fourth'

Ive never heard Lorenzo so so negative before. Is he trying to get out of Yamaha for Honda next year? His toys will be thrown out of the pram if Rossi beats him too. Cant wait for the race. I think u are on to something... However I think he does want to stay at yam as he can't know for sure if Honda will support him the same as MM... I think he is trying to put a foot up Yamaha's a s s so they work harder to improve. He made it clear the other day that he has options and he is keeping them open. (We all know there is only 1 option for him). Jorge is the major puzzle piece this year . His decision will affect rossi and dani IMO. If he stays at Yam then Honda will keep Dani. If not I think yam will try and get him. Personally I don't see dani's style matching up with the current M1 however they might start moving more toward the Honda style with Rossi and dani since they both prefer that style. I guess now that I think of it JL shouldn't affect rossi. I figure if Pol did really well it
