MotoGP » Smith: We're close to being top satellite bike

Codger: Kangaroo.....OK I'll bite :). You may well be right when you say that we are not good enough but us poms don't retire with a sulk when we get beaten, or the rules don't go the way we want. I suggest that you hold your comments until Jack finds his feet, because at the moment all the riders from Pomland are doing far better than our antipodean friends in all series of bike racing..
How do you know that kangaroo is an Aussie? Could be from the back blocks of Brixton for all we know. I could call myself Hyena, doesn't mean I am from southern Africa. Internet gives us all the chance to claim we are from wherever we want. Actually I do agree with kangaroos view about bullfighting, what a disgusting cruel practice. Should be banned now! I like BS hope he has a great season and like CC proves the haters wrong.

MotoGP » Bridgestone to run ‘asymmetric’ front for Phillip Island

Spartacus: What I don't understand is why did the tires in previous years were able to last a full race and last years did not. I guess they must have grabbed a bad batch of tires or something, maybe the previous years' left overs!
The track was resurfaced after 2012 GP. The new surface was a lot more abrasive, that is why the tires did not last. Leaving today (from Tasmania) for PI, should be great.

MotoGP » Dovizioso savours ‘special’ Ducati pole

NineTimes: There are two possibilities here, either people here have no clue about the sport or pretend to have no clue !! On must be a sop py sod not to acknowledge the fact that Ducati is the most difficult bike to ride no mater what tyre. People here are of two kind, one Casey fans who don't want to give credit to Dovi because if they do their dream of ONLY-CASE-COULD-DO-IT will be smashed into pieces. The second kind are the ones who have no clue about the sport and are simply Honda fanboys, they think the garage size, crippled(By Honda) company that is Ducati with a mere 30m are in the same level with Honda.
Actually I think you have it totally wrong, I think it is the Rossi fan boys who are upset that Dovi took pole. If it had of been Pedrosa in second place there would not have been anywhere near the same amount of whining going on. Go Dovi, great result for a great rider.

MotoGP » Dovizioso savours ‘special’ Ducati pole

NineTimes: @ PaulW54 I am Rossi fan inside out and outside in. Not only i am not upset, but encouraged and thrilled by Dovi and Ducati's performance. as I said again the myth of ONLY-CASEY-COULD-TAME-IT is about to shatter !!
While I don't go along with the so called only Casey could tame it "myth" I also would be thrilled to see Dovi or any other Ducati rider start winning races. The sooner the better. I don't have any bias towards any rider or manufacturer, it is much more fulfilling to be able to appreciate all the riders and manufacturers.
