MotoGP » Honda explains Stoner decision

Polyccio: Stoner really helped out his mate at PI 2012, didn't he? He had no chance of fighting for the title himself and could have helped Dani and the team pick up the title by supporting his team mate for that race and the last couple on the calendar. But no, he was all over Dani like a rash before he went down ending his and the teams title hopes. That said, I cannot knock the guys ability on a GP bike. He is a real natural and it looks like he is now kicking himself for taking his ball home after all... Casey had nothing to do with Dani crashing at PI 2012. Dani got into turn 4 too fast and lost the front. Might be wrong but 2nd lap from memory. Dani said himself he made a big mistake, pushed too hard too early. Nothing to do with CS who of course went on to dominate the race and take out his 6th straight win at PI.

MotoGP » Honda decided against Stoner MotoGP return?

Yearby23:
LiVio: I find it funny how this years ducati is all about the bike but when stoner did it it was about him !! He had the same cheating concessions (tyres) and when it got evened up he wasn't the same. If your so naturally gifted and could ride anything how come you were only successful on a 800!!!!???
You really haven't any idea do you? There were no concessions. Michelin had the tyre advantage until their overnight specials were no longer allowed and everyone had to do with the tyres they brought to the race weekend.... And yes, it was about Stoner because no one else could ride that bike, some riders were 50 seconds behind him over a race on a Ducati. The bike is much better now for all their riders. And he was still pretty successful on a 1000cc. He's won 5 races in the only year he rode 1000cc's....Still more than a lot of people in the current field, including Valentino and Dovi.
How many race wins did Valentino have on

MotoGP » Dovi tempted by title thoughts, reality '5-6 races'

Dovi has shown with his ride last week what a great racer he is. Given good equipment he will be there with the best, as he was with arguably the GOAT, Valentino, last week. Some tracks will suit the Ducati more than others, same as the rest. I agree with Dovi, probably take five to six rounds to see where the Ducati is really at. Interesting to see how MM goes this year, I think he is the one who has the most pressure on himself this season. Hope not but could see him crash out a lot more.

MotoGP » Pedrosa to undergo surgery, out for two races

frontbrake: I posted towards the end of last season that Honda should not consider Dani for 2015 and I was suprised they renewed his contract. He has not won the championship at this level and never will. Forget about the arm because if it was ok there is not a championship in him. Time for a HUNGARY rider to get on board the Honda and if marc is indisposed by by the title to Yamaha or Ducati.
Why HUNGARY, why not Zimbabwe or Ethiopia or somewhere else? There is too much bias regarding countries on this site. Maybe what you want is another pie muncher like Redding.

MotoGP » Crutchlow: I made a stupid mistake

Tomco: Hes by far the best non works rider so far and if he stays on board will remain so. Not a fan but good luck to him. Dont think he has to worry about Redding and even less so about Miller. Actually think he would do better than Pedrosa too.
Cal will have a great year and prove his detractors are full of it, as if he needs to. Same for Dani. How can Miller come into consideration in regard to Cal? JM is in his first year in MotoGP and on an OPEN Honda!!!
