F1 » Two championships are not enough – Alonso

I smell retirement on the horizon I'll give him till the end of 2015 and if he doesn't have another championship by then he'll be walking away from the sport his last four years have been probably his hardest yet the most interesting of his career. I hope as a fan of his he can stick around for as long as possible as F1 won't be the same for me after he's gone.

WSBK » Silverstone confirms WSBK exit

They are improving Donington and the track is great for bike racing. I think many people forget they had the MXDN There in 08 and dug up most of the middle area to make a track now there rebuilding the view points now they have a steady flow of money coming in since the **** up with F1 I'll be going back again for WSBK's and as far as I could see from race day the crowds were big than expected especially around the Craners and Foggy esses.

WSBK » Rules announcement sparks WSBK silly season

Should be good if more teams get involved which means more young talent from the lower classes get their chance at the WSBK level and the step back with all the electronics and insane mods should be good. Its proved for great close racing in BSB so in theory it should be perfect for WSBK. I also do hope that Rea and Laverty get a shot at Motogp as well as Sykes and Chaz in the near future. We need more Brits moving to the top so the Spanish don't take over completely.

WSBK » BMW announces WSBK withdrawal

Have to agree BMW are a total waste of time when it comes to racing its just their way of making lots of money for themselves and once they are bored they move on and leave all their partners in the crap. BMW in WSBK is a perfect example since they joined their aim was the title they came close. So they pull their factory team and invest into the Italian team they've had some wins but its clearly not going to be enough for them with Sykes and the aprillia's in the way to take the title so they pull the plug and leave two world class rider and a very good team with nothing. But who cares at BMW because they've made loads of money off the back of the success of the S1000RR road bike through all the hype etc...
