MotoGP » Bridgestone defends asymmetric tyre, will offer again

It is not like Lorenzo doesn't know how to manage tyres specially the softer ones... Rossi does better with harder ones and Lorenzo is soft tyre specialist... what happened is Lorenzo had less track time with extra soft than Rossi, so his setup was less ideal than Rossi's... Lorenzo tried it first and Rossi decided not to try after seeing Lorenzo crash in FP3... it happens... If Rossi tried it first and gave a negative response, Lorenzo would have stayed with extra soft and would have had better setting for it... It is not anyone's mistake and it is random bad luck... BTW Lorenzo's tyre was not defective...

MotoGP » Marquez, Pedrosa regroup after double DNF

stop comparing Dani with Marc to say Honda is not the best bike... when did Dani's performance became the measuring reference of Honda's potential... If he was utilizing every bit Honda's potential consistently he would have already been a multiple times premier class champion... You guys treat Marc like a super hero just because Dani isn't getting the most out of that bike... I fear what how you guys will treat Marc is Abraham or Barbera were his teammates... Honda has performance edge... fact Marc has the ability to exploit it... fact again...

MotoGP » Frustrated Lorenzo rallies against ‘disaster’ tyres

I earlier thought the problem was down to tyres.. but now I am starting to feel that it is down to far from ideal setup on Lorenzo's bike for that extra soft tyres considering he spent very less time with extra soft before race... he was using asymmetric front in second and third practise... Lorenzo fans please stop moaning... Rossi's tyre in Austin dropped much earlier in race but Lorenzo made more than 2/3rd of races before facing serious tyre wear.... he cooked it with bad setting... You guys saying tyre ruined the race to gift Rossi the win.... if Lorenzo had won you same bunch would have said "Genius Lorenzo managed tyres in bizarre conditions to win"

Evolution is constantly basing Marc like how people bashed Rossi in his Honda days... when Marc means business he does all justice to the potential of that bike he has... Mistakes he made are down to his eagerness and pressure to wind up the championship ASAP when it came within reaching distance... nothing to do with his performance issues here which is still strong... One of the best rider on the grid on surely the best bike in the grid... Yes he has the bike advantage... big advantage earlier in season and Yamaha have closed behind considerably now but still not fully...

Asymmetric front was not as good as the regular ones... but understand that it's only the first time... this result is not a disastrous one for a new tyre... old ones were tried and tested which undergone several stages of development with the help of rider feedback over the years... And about the crashes... you can't blame anyone... it is to be noted that Marc and cal crashed When they rolled down their pace little bit and lost heat in tyres...

Nothing wrong with Lorenzo trying to fight Rossi... second place in championship is up for grab and Lorenzo wanted that so he fought hard... May be if the fight is between MM & VR for championship points and if Lorenzo does the same in this case then it's subject to criticism... not in this case... Also Lorenzo didn't cook his tyres... if it was dropping because he over cooked in battle with Rossi he would know how to let Rossi go bring home points safely and also he would not be losing 1.5 sec to cal in one lap... generally a dropping tyre gradually wears away starting with costing a couple of tenths a lap and gradual time loss... it is either a bad tyre or tyre and bike setting mismatch... exactly the same as what happened for Rossi in Austin... not rider's fault...

MotoGP » Rossi rolls back years with ‘Island victory

Rossi's move of changing crew Chief worked and is working great but I don't accept people claiming new crew Chief as being better than JB... Rossi deciding to part ways with JB is not down to JB's performance issues but it is down to the loss of hope JB had on Rossi in returning to winning ways... JB was expecting retirement from Rossi at the end of 2014 but Rossi has other ideas about continuing... Rossi needed to change himself a lot over the last two seasons which are not easy of such an illustrious carrier... it needed a lot of support and motivation from every one around... JB lost hope and Rossi it's bad for motivation that he needed and hence he changed... But it should have been a hard decision to make...
