MotoGP » MotoGP software freeze underway

armin899: In fact, Jorge's style wouldn't work without those many electronics(as he said himself). He rides more like biaggi. Go watch Rossi's early years at Honda, He used to ride exactly like Marquez does today and all that with far fewer electronics. Without rider aids, Rossi will keep winning until he too old to walk.
Why would Rossi be winning? He was the first rider to use really heavy electronics in motoGP all the way back to his Honda 4 stroke years. Why would he have any advantage over a Marquez that basically learned to ride without aids in moto2?...
First of all, Rossi is the only rider amongst the current crop who is able to ride those 500cc beats and that is a FACT. Non of them including Marquez, Jorge and Dani are able to finish a season on a 500cc bike without getting badly injured. Rossi was the one who said "I want the bike to be left alone" he was the only rider who was against all t

MotoGP » Rossi: I will try to fight with Jorge

armin899: mark.james.7374 in 2004,Yamaha was the bike that shouldn't have won a race. Rossi left the BEST bike on the grid that was the mighty RCV, went to Yamaha and won back-to-back titles in 2004 & 2005 on a bike that shouldn't have won a race let alone championship. Can Marquez replicate that? the chance of him replicating that is almost ZERO! Rossi would of won every single year's title from 2001 up until now if he stayed at Honda. Is Marquez great enough to tell Honda "It is me" or he knows that "It is the bike" ???

MotoGP » Rossi: New Ducati ‘fast’, tyre rule ‘unfair’

MAG1697: im going out on a limb and say all this is Honda's fault...Because they bend the rules in their favour.. Ducati actually need more advantages.
Now why would Honda bend the rules where they end up with less engine allocation, no engine mods, 20L fuel and allow Ducati to have more engine allocation, engine mods, more fuel, more testing etc? Could you shine some light on this logic? This is like shooting at you own foot scenerio. More fuel: leaner fuel burn. This would help with Ducati top speed.
I was being sarcastic. its the trend on here, every time honda wins, people will come on here and say they bend the rules in their favor and they spend the most money.

MotoGP » Five things to look out for at Sepang II

Beard9X: ......HRC budget, $500,000,000 (2009 figure). Yamaha's $350,000,000 (2009 figure), Ducati corse $25,000,000(2012 figure). Honda not only invest more than all the teams combined, they also enjoy their right of writing and re-writing the rules. Also, They have the power to introduce new categories(800cc 4stk, moto3 & moto3), mening that they can reset things to their own favour in case others get close or beat them. What i am trying to say is that budget doesn't necessarily mean success, it of course helps, bit is not a guaranteed success. What sport needs is a competition without a bully Honda. Motogp needs a 100% level playing field. Motogp needa budget cap, restricted electronics, no off season testing(aka grooming). Motogp needs stronger satellite teams so everybody gets a chance of showing what they are made of.
Where did you pull those budget numbers from? the internet... If competition wasnt fair why would any other manufacturer join. eg. suz
