MotoGP » Rossi: New Ducati ‘fast’, tyre rule ‘unfair’

MAG1697: im going out on a limb and say all this is Honda's fault...Because they bend the rules in their favour.. Ducati actually need more advantages.
Now why would Honda bend the rules where they end up with less engine allocation, no engine mods, 20L fuel and allow Ducati to have more engine allocation, engine mods, more fuel, more testing etc? Could you shine some light on this logic? This is like shooting at you own foot scenerio. More fuel: leaner fuel burn. This would help with Ducati top speed.
I was being sarcastic. its the trend on here, every time honda wins, people will come on here and say they bend the rules in their favor and they spend the most money.

MotoGP » Five things to look out for at Sepang II

Beard9X: ......HRC budget, $500,000,000 (2009 figure). Yamaha's $350,000,000 (2009 figure), Ducati corse $25,000,000(2012 figure). Honda not only invest more than all the teams combined, they also enjoy their right of writing and re-writing the rules. Also, They have the power to introduce new categories(800cc 4stk, moto3 & moto3), mening that they can reset things to their own favour in case others get close or beat them. What i am trying to say is that budget doesn't necessarily mean success, it of course helps, bit is not a guaranteed success. What sport needs is a competition without a bully Honda. Motogp needs a 100% level playing field. Motogp needa budget cap, restricted electronics, no off season testing(aka grooming). Motogp needs stronger satellite teams so everybody gets a chance of showing what they are made of.
Where did you pull those budget numbers from? the internet... If competition wasnt fair why would any other manufacturer join. eg. suz

MotoGP » Mick Doohan - Q&A

cossiegaz: Burgess said "Rossi likes the racing but Mick liked the winning". Actually Jeremy I think you'll find Rossi left Ducati because he wasn't winning and then ditched you as crew chief because he still wasn't winning!
Rossi has only ever won with JB in his garage in Motogp !!
Correct but nobody said he had won without JB. Burgess said ages ago Rossi likes the racing not just the winning, well leaving Ducati and ditching JB because in Rossi's own words he doesn't have time to turn the Ducati into a winner this late in his career kind of contradicts Burgess' comments.
Time in his career? Remember when Rossi and JB said they could sort out the ducati in ten minutes, when stoner was struggling. Then the day after the last race, stoner handed the ducati to him for testing and he lapped 2.5 seconds slower then stoner had done that weekend. They had two years i think that is plenty of
