MotoGP » Marquez: Zero intention to cause the accident

Ozzy33:
VegasRyder: How many of you guys/gals want to see Valentino Rossi win the 2015 MotoGP championship?
This clearly shows (62 rossi to 3 MM, or less than %5 MM fans), and why this thread is so biased, although I like both riders, this thread is clearly 95% biased = lame thread. Take your MM hate and go home rossie fans.
the only discussion about this incident should be if rossi took him out on intentionally or not

MotoGP » Marquez: Zero intention to cause the accident

some of you dont know how to read i think , nowhere in this article did marc admit he made a mistake. he said he learned from this incident and he doesn't think val took him out on purpose (officially)privately i suspect he does think that. also at no time in this race did marc "slam" into rossi or "use him as a berm". the first contact marc had a right to be where he was. val dived in to pass and this line took him a bit wide. trying to clear up some collective delusions here but i suspect they will persist. fanboys will be fanboys

MotoGP » Rossi and Marquez: Racing incident

this articl is pretty good , there def should not have been any penalty either way. but for the record marc did not "slam" into rossi on first contact. rossi went a bit wide marc put his bike there and val line brought back him into marc. second contact was marc too close? yes did rossi swing a bit wide? yes did rossi know where he was ? probably was there a foul? no i guarantee you marc does not see it as all you fan boys do and this is gonna make future battles between these two epic. thank god the mutual admiration bs is over.

goto youtube nd watchit from over head view even the first bump in this view looks like val cam back into marc and on the second contact val knew exactly where marc was and cuts him off. fair play though, thats racing , marc was maybe too close to rossi and you cant be pushy from behind. marc understands what was done to him and this should make future battles very interesting as neither guy is scared of a little rubbing

MotoGP » Marquez: Rossi is still my idol

RaceRoad:
paisan: There's no way he's going to try taking Rossi out from behind. Absurd to suggest it. Was a racing incident Nothing more.
yea ya gotta watch it from the overhead. the first contact looks like val coming back into marc. and the second rossi looks over then swings his bike just a bit wide and marc could do nothing.maybe marc was too close , but that was borderline dirty move ,if you say rossi didnt know he was there then ok racing incident but he clearly did know.. marc understands what happened and this will make future battles between these two very interesting. btw no fanboy here ,i like them both
Rossi was on his racingline aming for the apax MM bouched so hard in to him SMOKE can from his tire!!! if you watch the overhead view you will see that is not true , rossi's line from diving in to pass marc made him a bit wide marc put his bike there and rossi came back into him but anyway incidental contact

After watching again from the overhead shot at the corner Rossi did leave the door half open on the overtake. He then tightened his turn leaving Marquez no where to go hence the first contact. Simply got too close on the second. There's no way he's going to try taking Rossi out from behind. Absurd to suggest it. Was a racing incident Nothing more. yea ya gotta watch it from the overhead. the first contact looks like val coming back into marc. and the second rossi looks over then swings his bike just a bit wide and marc could do nothing.maybe marc was too close , but that was borderline dirty move ,if you say rossi didnt know he was there then ok racing incident but he clearly did know.. marc understands what happened and this will make future battles between these two very interesting. btw no fanboy here ,i like them both

therealDave:
paisan: goto youtube nd watchit from over head view Sorry, but that's simply silly.....from track day junkie to club level racing, it is up to the person attempting the pass to make it safe!!!!! MM attempted the first pass and they touched, MM attempted the second pass and they touched. It cannot be itterated enough....the person making the pass is responsible for doing so safely. There was no touch on VR initial pass now, was there!!!!!! Let your hatred for VR go and look at the facts.....
im not a fan boy i like them both i have no ones poster on my wall watch the overhead view

its great cuz after two forgettable years at ducati he comes back to yam and consistently finishes second to JL. everyone (but val) thinks his best days are behind him he will continue to get the odd podium for a few years and then retire. but marquez damages JL's psycy that year by chasing him down late in races and beating him on his way to the title. (this was the year JL was supposed to have it all his way after stoner went fishing, he had rehearsed all his gracious victory speeches but marc made sure he never got to use em) so the next year vale is consistently beating JL asJL appear to be suffering from the spies syndrome. but marc dominates them both for the second straight year and it looks like he will do for the foreseeable future. amazingly rossi has refused to accept this and despite only being 3 races in it is clear the title is up for grabs. gotta give him props man, like him or hate him. on a certain camera angle he did seem to swing just a bit wide when marc went dow

Guna4699: It's a flowing part of the circuit, line of exit is literally the entry line for next corner. There Will be no enough space and time to align for next corner in flowing section. Rossi exactly knew where Marc was but after getting pushed out of ideal line for entry of next corner he would want to get that back ASAP by backing up right side before leaning left. That's what Rossi did, One cannot expect VR to sacrifice his ideal line just because Marc was in wrong place. Marc expected for that to happen, so that VR would lose pace in the left hander and he can fly around the outside to target the switch back to next right hander. Sadly Marc chose the wrong guy to show his attitude... Rossi is not the one to give In when someone tries to force an advantage,, he'll give it back saying... "Now take that Marcky boy". yes val knew exactly what he was doing , and marc was too close you cant push ppl around from behind
