MotoGP » Broken seat ruins Dovizioso’s challenge

grantrd: Ducati dominated in 2007 because of Stoner and his bespoke Japanese tyres........ Passion is expressed in many different forms, the Japanese have an immense passion for perfection.... If making a bike or car with Italian "passion" results in it leaking oil, breaking down and generally having an overpriced, overrated low level of build quality then you can keep it........
Ducati dominated the WSB for most of its history. Won a championship in motoGP, multiple races, IS currently taking lots of podiums, is doing MUCH better than the Japanese Suzuki with the same advantages... And they don't have the big pockets of Honda and Yamaha. I mean, we can criticize as much as we want, it's always easy talking sh** about other people's efforts, yet they are doing good.

MotoGP » Espargaro: Looks like anything goes on last corner...

Look, guys, Smith MIGHT even be right and, bit more unlikely, Rossi MIGHT have even planned to do what he did (what a genius he would be though), YET, that doesn't change the fact MM was an idiot. It doesn't make an idiotic move any less idiotic. MM was way too far behind and waaay too uncoordinated to make a pass stick in a safe way. MM has been, again, a dangerous rider. And after that, a little unsportsmanlike brat. Period.

VKal: the notion that Ducati don't have big pockets doesn't not fly anymore. They are part of a big German co, now. they'll probably end up spending more than others due to the extra testing and mods allowed by the concession which contradicts with Dorma vision of cost cutting rules.
I doubt Audi bought them with the idea of bankrolling them. We should check the books to find that out. Yet, we can be sure they won a motoGP championship AND dominated SBK *without* those big pockets.

lux: LOL Look at Vale how he pulls the front wheel up so he can "comfortably" enter in the kitty litter, freaking AMAZING!!!!
SPOT ON!!! If the FRONT touches the gravel FIRST, a bike will get VERY unstable and he most likely would have fallen in the gravel.....motocross experience....
Yep, he said that in the following interview as well. "the ranch experience" :)
