MotoGP » Marquez: I was trying to win Doohan style!

cbrbamby: That Honda is still the best beast, and marquez PROBABLY would win these two championships on a yamaha as well,
Yep, probably is the linchpin of your remarks though. Probably, but we can't be sure. MM is amazing, but I'm not so sure he'd win on a Yamaha, and not because he's not great, but because of the other riders riding Yamaha. Lorenzo is perfect for Yamana and VR reinvented his style now so he's perfect for it as well. Wouldn't be easy for anyone beating both of them.

MotoGP » Rossi rolls back years with ‘Island victory

VegasRyder Many many fans ripped Vale to pieces for sacking JB. I honestly felt it was the right decision .
So true! He's been slated quite a bit when the news came out! I had no idea if that was the right move, but while many said they had lost respect for VR I had been writing here I appreciated and respected Rossi even more for the courage of such a bold move. In my eyes it underlined he wasn't going to leave any stone unturned to get faster.

MotoGP » Rossi rolls back years with ‘Island victory

Guna4699: Rossi's move of changing crew Chief worked and is working great but I don't accept people claiming new crew Chief as being better than JB... Rossi deciding to part ways with JB is not down to JB's performance issues but it is down to the loss of hope JB had on Rossi in returning to winning ways... JB was expecting retirement from Rossi at the end of 2014 but Rossi has other ideas about continuing...
99% of the people "claiming Gablusera is better" have no idea. I don't have any idea either, but judging the results, well, Vale is just doing better now. Why is hard to say, but there's at least A chance that Galbusera is "somewhat" better at the job, be it for the atmosphere he brings, be it cause he's more positive or whatever..

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi discharges himself from hospital

"The incident is sure to raise questions about the use of low grip astroturf" You bet! How can a slippery surface at the edge of a racetrack NOT raise questions?? It's a no-brainer!! In this instance it sent a raider to the hospital, risked of ending a career and last but not least took away from him the chance of winning -and making the championship more interesting for us-
