F1 » Ecclestone in talks over Las Vegas F1 race

JohnMarston: You must be American.
Actually I'm half Scot half Dutch working in Africa ... but I've traveled & worked in a variety of places around the planet so I understand different markets a little better than you probably ... especially wrt motorsport. If you don't understand the need for more US races, rather spend your time doing some research than trying to be smart in the comments section.
So what you're really trying to say to me is, go do some research until you agree with my opinion, because no one else is allowed to have differnet views on something..?

F1 » Ecclestone in talks over Las Vegas F1 race

theeagle: @JohnMarston Fully agree, we need another European race and the French GP would be a welcome return particularly Paul Ricard Circuit which I understand Bernie owns.
You guys need to go checkup on some figures ... even though the track wasn't fantastic for F1, Indianapolis still got bigger live spectator and TV viewer numbers than any European race gets.
You must be American.

F1 » EXCLUSIVE Monisha Kaltenborn Q&A

theeagle: @JohnMarston No one is really the 'right person'. I reckon its a team effort. Even Eddie Jordan (now a BBC pit lane reporter) failed the 'sports' toughest exam when he sold up and shut up shop. Then look at McLaren, Ron Dennis is an embarrassment in one of the richest teams in F1, being outdone by teams with far less. As for Ferrari, I will not even get started...
Couldn't disagree with you more. Peter Sauber done a pretty decent job. The new managements decision to sign 2 pay drivers and stick with them has destroyed the team.
