F1 » Rosberg: 'Megaphone exhaust' made no change

This megaphone is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in motorsport. F1 has become a mockery of its once great former self. I think I'm just about through. I think I'm just going to wait until September when Formula E fires up. At least THAT is the pinnacle of something. The pinnacle of electric powered vehicles that is. What has F1 become? The pinnacle of hybrid vehicles? WTF? Does anyone other than the bean counters at the car companies get excited about something like that? Lately I've even been looking into "410 sprints" here in the USA. They're 410 cubic inches or about 6.7L and they race on dirt oval tracks. They are closer to what F1 was 10 years ago than what F1 is today. They weigh about the same as the old F1 cars and have similar power to the old F1 cars. And the are about 10 times more exciting than the current vacuum cleaners with megaphones we are seeing. It guts me to see what they've done to F1.

F1 » Sound decision as F1 prepares to run 'megaphone' exhaust

OK, I'm sick of this. This will be the last straw that drives me away from F1. A freakin' megaphone to amplify the horrible sound these new cars make? FIA, it "ain't" about NOISE! Its about the beautiful sounds you KILLED with these new vacuum cleaners! We don't want to have our eardrums pummeled by the terrible sound of these new cars. But we didn't mind going half deaf after becoming intoxicated by he sounds of F1 from 10 years ago. You can't fix the new formula as written. If I see an F1 car running around the track during a race with a megaphone on the tailpipe, then I wont be back for any more insults. I will be biding my time until Formula E fires up in September. I want to see the "pinnacle" of something. Not this watered down bull**** you have masquerading as Formula 1. I hope Sebastian has a change of heart and chooses to go to Formula E.
