F1 » Error-strewn day consigns Vettel to first DNF of 2015

Hypoc: Spoken like a true champion, my mistake, just a bad day that is all.
He also revised his opinion of the incident with Daniel, after viewing the videos he agreed it was a racing incident. Bad day at the office indeed but Seb took full responsibility and displayed maturity and professionalism in his approach. He seems like a much nicer guy now he's out of the RBR pressure cooker.

F1 » Gutierrez ‘learning’ from Vettel, Raikkonen

I'm sure that's all true and good luck to him. But, in some ways this is the perfect example of how public relations, media training and toeing the corporate line is sapping all the life out of F1 and the drivers. I mean, can you imagine anyone in Esteban's position ever saying anything to the contrary? Does he even believe it or was he just reading from a script churned out by some PR robot? Anything remotely critical, controversial or let's face it, interesting would be career suicide no matter how skilled a driver he might be. Oh never mind, just got withdrawal symptoms over this endless summer break.

F1 » Button and wife gassed during burglary in France

Pi55ed not ga55ed...? A French police source suggesting that the couple had not needed to be rendered unconscious as they appeared to be suffering from hangovers. “They were obviously the worse for wear that morning and they may have been embarrassed because they didn’t wake up,” the source said. “People come here to party and there’s lots of drinking. In this case, it seems likely that they had been drinking the night before. The stories of people being gassed are a myth.”
