F1 » Webber confirms Porsche sportscar move

Through personal finance connections he jumped the queue ahead of far more talented but underfunded drivers in karting and Formula Ford in Australia to sneak into F1 despite no results whatsoever in anything ever prior to F1 -- then he took 9 years and 130 GP to win a race - the longest of ALL 105 winning drivers in history - in fact longer than the entire career lengths of 760 of the 800 F1 drivers ever - and even then only by being given the best car - which he has now had for a massive 4 years - 60 GP - arguably more opportunity than any driver in history bar Schumacher's Ferraris (and Vettel with the same RBRs) - yet he squandered such unparalleled privilege - rising only to 33rd on the list of total wins - winning only 9 races in over 200 GP - a strike rate of just 4.5% - a dismal 5 to 10 times lower than the greats: Fangio (47%), Clark (35%), Schumacher (29%), Stewart (27%), Prost (25%), Senna (25%).

F1 » F1 POLL: Who next for Red Bull Racing?

Vergne and Riccardo have been floundering for a year and a half and two and a half years already - way past enough time to show greatness (Riccardo has done nearly 40 GP now - by which stage Vettel had won 5 races (including 1 in the same car) - Riccardo has never even finished top 6. They are both mediocre and clearly only won feeder formulae due to having the best car there - not A-grade material and not worth of the best car n F1. Di Resta possible dark horse, but the top car should go to an established A-grader like Alonso or Hamilton - if they have the cojunes to partner Vettel. (And if RedBull have the cojunes to pair up two A-graders - but I am sure they won't - they will pansy out and maintain the current A-grader and B-grader arrangement with another B-grader to replace Webber - so perhaps Vergne and Riccardo could get the gig after all - what a waste of resources! (but that's F1))
