MotoGP » Home star Bradl leads FP2 - Lorenzo, Crutchlow checks

Bradl is usually decent in practice, it is his race form that is concern. He has to stop crashing and finish more races, and in higher place. He is basically riding the same bike as Factory guys, and he is no rookie. So he has even less excuse than Bradley Smith. Yamaha should now provide full support to Rossi. It is evident only he can carry the team to a title. Cal is loudmouth and crashes. Jorge is injured and still crashing. Rossi must bear the full weight. Otherwise on Sunday we will see a repeat of FP2: Honda 1-2-3.

MotoGP » Red flag after Lorenzo fall in FP2

I would say his ambition outweighed his talent, but that would be too cruel for Jorge. Instead I would say this is what pressure does to any rider. When you are certain that you can beat your teammate, you ride with confidence. No crashes. But when Rossi finally is on full form, Jorge immediately starts making many errors. Jorge's problems started with Assen, same week as Rossi started the season. Men should know when they have been conquered. Jorge should accept his place and ride safely to finish line.

MotoGP » Crutchlow: 'A rider like Marquez comes along every 15 years’

This is a very political statement by Crutchlow. Marquez is good but nowhere near Rossi level, he has not even beaten Dani in points this year. Anyone can win one or two races on that powerful Honda. Crutchlow is doing the right thing by praising Rossi, though. Rossi is now back and undisputed No. 1 rider at Yamaha, he is leading the team. By praising Rossi -and indirectly disrespecting Jorge- Crutchlow is trying to ensure he can still retain the Tech 3 seat next season. Not that Rossi needs Crutchlow's seal of approval. Crutchlow is using Marquez as tool to praise Rossi and further his position in Yamaha camp. Very shrewd.
