reinmacre: TS66 puts on a clinic at Donington. I guess Tom finally figured out that ZX10 he's been riding for 3 years. JR65, a nice bag of points. Just to put things in perspective, Johnny could sit out the next four races and still be leading the point standings. The fat lady is warming up her vocal chords.
The fat lady is a long way from getting to the stage. Johnny knows what happened today and be sure he took notice. There is a long way to go in this championship and today we saw mistakes from Johnny for the first time. Tom must now apply pressure consistently. Johnny is in the driving seat but it will now be an interesting championship. By the way, if you mean the ZX10r that Tom has been riding the last 3 years and has had the more wins than anyone else in that period? He knows, just had issues adapting to this years changes, but he has it now, watch out Johnny!

serious4play "overated"? Really? Ask Jonny today. "How good he is? Really? It was Tom who helped make this bike such a winner. Have you forgotten how often he got pole but the bike would kill its tyres and he would go backward, once that was sorted he dominated. I appreciate how good Jonny is but to imply that Tom is not an excellent rider is just plain stupid.

Beard9X: RFS131 Well, the reason for limiting the group b rally cars was not entirely duebto the speed, more because Lancia was humiliating and making other big boys look rather ridiculous. Big boys couldn't beat Lancia so they came up with a rule change and took the speed as the excuse. Much like they did in WTCC, where the mighty BMW and other big boys couldn't beat the little Alfa romeo 156. Again, the same thing happened in FIA GT1 to Maserati MC12. The list goes on and on and on... Now Honda is concerned that a certain mfr might come up with a competitive bike, so, just like they did it before (800cc, 4stk, moto2/3..etc) the big Honda is going for another rule change through it's puppet uncle Ezpaleta.
What history books have you read? The Group b cars were capable of over 200mph!! Try that on gravel. Are you aware that a group B car did a lap of the Portuguese GP track that would have put it in 5th place for the F1 GP!! They had reached crazy speeds a

5. Suzuki, whilst not being on the pace at the moment are gaining ground. To ensure that they remain behind Ducati we are requesting they be forced to use stabiliser wheels that restricts the the angle of lean to a maximum of 49 degrees. We feel these requirements are fair and proportionate and are not anymore restrictive than the regulation against are competitors have been over the years. Everyone know that the purpose of WSB is to promote the idea that Ducati build the best sports bikes in the world. It has always been so and we strongly protest that at present , if the other manufactures continue to show up the Panigale, our sales to born again bikers will be hit. We have relied on WSB to impress the more money than sense bikers to pay for our vastly overpriced products so they can ride 1000km a year dressed in red leather and and believe that they are on the best production bikes in the world. Anyway our bikes are beautiful and that is reason enough for us to be allowed to win.

Latest press release from Ducati: Owing to the poor results from our latest WSB 1199 Panigale we are requesting that there are some changes to the rules so as to allow us to carry on claiming to be the best sports bike in the world. 1. Kawasaki should have to carry a 10 kg bag of cement on their motorcycles. In fairness we will not dictate the location of the bag. we will leave this up to Kawasaki. 2. Aprilia are blatantly too fast in a straight line so we feel it is fair that they remove one spark plug for the duration of each race. We do not feel this is too severe a restriction. 3. BMW, as everyone knows can't build sport bikes and as this championship is for Ducati and must be won by Ducati we feel that BMW's should be forced to carry panniers and and use knobbly tyres. 4. Honda have long been known for innovation and so as to allow them to continue in this vain we feel that the must be forced to use fully automatic transmissions limited to 3 gears. 5.
