F1 » No action taken over runaway Marussia

The car HAS to be left in neutral so that it can be removed. Bianci ran fom a flaming car, once it had stopped he returned to the car in put the steering wheel back on to avoid a fine. When he left the marshalls were in attendance, unless he had climbed back into the back and pressed the brake what could he have done? He could not slip it into gear, and if he could have done this would have then got him a fine for leaving it in gear. The Marshal who was present should have stayed rather than wander off.
