MotoGP » Rossi: Yamaha, Honda, Ducati almost at same level

"That being said". Stoner had legitimate concerns. He bolted for reasons that applied to the times. Could he have toughed it out? Certainly. But you can see where he was coming from. Now, it seems clear, he sees how things are coming together, and he's thinking about a come back. I have no doubt he woulda hopped on Dani's bike, given the opportunity. Who knows what the future holds? I'm convinced that Casey will come back in 2016 if he's offered a ride he's confident he can win on.

Some folks have said Ducati has had an unfair advantage with concessions to catch up. After all, Yamaha worked diligently for 17 years after Rainey to win again. I give Dorna credit for coming up with rules that allow manufacturers to catch up. What? Should Ducati have done their own 17 year struggle to make it fair? Suzuki? Aprilia? Soon, KTM? BMW? Kudos Dorna. MXGP is taking a dump right now. The intelligent decisions taken by Dorna are showing up in the racing right now. Credit where credit is due.
