MotoGP » Espargaro: We have options outside Yamaha for '17

dannycoupe1: Amazing story for someone to admit he can't go FAST by himself ! maybe he should go back to Moto 2 ! what a candid confession !
Not really. I have been saying from day one he came to GP ride Yamaha that it is not gonna work. Getting factory deal was something you have to take when one is offered but it was going to be train wreck. Hes riding style in moto 2 was complitely different what someone like Lorenzo has. And for who the Yamaha suits PERFECTLY? Jorge. Lorenzo is neat, always tires inline, going in going out. PEspargaro is totally different, he was always sideways, bike stepping out. Even in hes first year in GP I still remember commentators saying PE was brought in to make that Yamaha more like Honda. To give it that capability to be more loose. Well, that really never happened and we never really saw Pols real pace. Hopefully he gets dicent ride, I really think he and Honda would suit eatcother.

WSBK » Guintoli targets translating qualifying pace into races

fireblaze: Anybody knows why the Yams suffers at race pace? Within the first couple of laps itself they loose touch of the leaders. Is it that they are not competitive with a full tank gas?
Its really wierd. Drop of pace didnt happen in BSB, its not happening in STK1000. The way I see it, they must be chuing up the tyres. Guintoli is always known to be the guy who looks after hes tires and comes good at the end of race. So what is so different from this wsbk bike compared to stk or bsb bike? Could it be different cind of slicks? Also there is rumors Yamaha and Cresent are not working well to gether, at all...

MotoGP » Espargaro angered by Redding incident response

Crashing going/in corner is not a problem. What is problem is when tire gives in on straight or corner exit. DeAngelis lost bike on exit and was unbelieveble lucky to survive. I dont think shortsircuit racing is dangerous, but this is coming serious problem. There is no room to crash most of the tracks on exit/straight. It was AGAIN weird call to redflag session, not investigate and let people out, to **** your pants second time 10min later to inform you need to investigate before letting people run again? If there is accident like this and you redflag it, why in the **** do they let people out before they have time to even gather info what happened? It makes absolutely no sense and makes GP and Michelin look even worse.

MotoGP » Jorge Lorenzo: No news about 2017

FastnFuriosa: Hmm. Honda or Ducati? If Lorenzo goes to Honda, Suzuki will be salivating at the idea of hiring Pedrosa, but if he goes to Ducati, either one of the Andreas would do good for them too... interesting.
I really dont think hes style would suit Honda, at all. Yamaha which is made for Jorge is complitely at the other end of spectrum than how Honda needs to be ridden. For me the interesting part is Suzuki if Vinalez leaves. AEspargaro is midfield rider even tough Suzuki has taken steps its not taken massive steps that it would attract big name rider and I dont think they have the money. Jorge to Ducati would mean Vinalez Yamaha and maeby one of the Ducati boys to Suzuki next to AEspargaro?
