Vale4eva: Rossi wasn't in a risky mood today?
so you're saying that JL took risk to be on top of the time sheet? Interesting, it'sraining season now and wouldn't you prep for a wet race?
Funny, but I don't recall saying anything about Lorenzo (great ride by him, anyway), but in these conditions Rossi is usually in the top 5 or at least top 10. So I was just wondering...

MotoGP » Dovizioso takes Ducati's first pole since 2010

Fullofit: Perhaps every article about Marquez's success should also highlight the various advantages at his disposal to achieve them? I can list ... Tyres that favour Honda over main rival Yamaha Clutch & gearbox systems costing more than entire team budgets R&D backing in the hundreds of millions Access to the best engineers and mechanics Regular 'go faster' development parts
Perhaps NOT every article about Marquez's succes should highlight these (so called) advantages. First of all, this is a motorsport, so yeah these Motorcycles get developed... Second, Dani has all the same advantages (and he's no slouch either), but he's 75 points behind MM. Say what? Could it be that Marquez is actually talented? It couldn't...

MotoGP » Dovizioso takes Ducati's first pole since 2010

@ Fullofit Ok, agreed on your point there. But still, isn't that the way things work in the world? A multimillion (or is it billion?) dollar company will have very talented engineers developing their bikes and they will try to get the best riders (and all riders want to ride for them). Such companies will also have the most at stake when they don't end up winning. I think people here worry much more about that stuff than the open class teams themselves. They have the best jobs in the world!

MotoGP » Marquez: My favourite track

Marc will be strong here, for sure. But JLo also has something to prove, because he hasn't won a single race this season. He will also be extra motivated to win in Spain in front of Marc's fanclub (as is Dani). Also Rossi might have an extra boost after last race. So I don't think (hope) it will be an easy win for Marquez..

MotoGP » Marquez: Time to change mentality

cossiegaz: Yesterday I posted the following comment and 30 idiots disagreed with me, now Marc himself has backed up what I said!! Quote: "This will be a massive turning point in Marquez's domination, he will never dominate in the same way again, since arriving in moto gp he has ridden purely on instinct and desire to win, he's now going to realise that just isn't enough and he's going to have to start thinking and taking less risks because sooner or later his luck will run out again if he keeps riding beyond the limit."
yah, wtfe. His domination will end if the tire maker/Honda-Repsol decides it's going to. Time to get a brain.
Mick Doohan seems to disagree with you... But, oh well, what does he know about racing....
