MotoGP » 'Productive' MotoGP test for Stoner - no wild-cards

Who's saying I dislike Stoner? I'm certainly not. He was a great racer in MotoGP. Anyone who is able to win a WC is a hero anyhow. But I'm getting so tired that the Rossi haters don't acknowledge his enormous achievement in this sport and think it's somehow a setup by Dorna or Ezpeleta or something silly. That he snaps his fingers and the rules are changed, like that. Well, he didn't like that the MotoGP class was tuned down to 800cc (for Stoner this was better, because he crashed a lot on the 990) and he didn't like the introduction of more and more electronics (also a benefit to Stoner), but that happened anyway. And everybody knows that the Repsols are the best bikes, so Rossi wasn't on the best bike either.

MotoGP » Casey Stoner to test MotoGP Honda

Yes, I know I've overdone it. But although this thread is very long, It keeps saying the same thing over and over again (by the same CS hardcore fans), 'he's the real Legend', can ride anything', etc. Just pointed out that's not entirely true. Anyhow he's a gifted rider who should have stayed in MotoGP. He should have accepted that the 'entertainment part' is what payed the large bills. Not just the drivin'.
