MotoGP » Smith: We need to learn from Rossi, Lorenzo

Bradley Smith already has the answer to his question when he spoke about Valentino: “He's stopped trying to make the bike suit his style and made his style suit that. The infrastructure that he put around him for this year, at the racetrack and at his ranch, riding dirt track and learning some things from younger riders as well." Bradley Smith just needs to stop looking for "Handouts" and just ride the bike he's been given. Dovi and Cal have both been through the Tech 3 camp and been on podium. Tech 3 is a great team and there's no reason for he and Pol to be beaten by the Ducatis.

MotoGP » Victorious Valentino Rossi 'at the best of my career'

I think there are two things here regarding Rossi. 1. Most successful/productive in his career. 2. The best "Valentino" of his career. As an athlete in my early years I was the most productive and had won handily at my sport. However it wasn't until I too was in my 30's that I felt that I became the best "Me" in the sport. In my youth I relied heavily on physical ability and talent, but only felt complete in my 30's when I gained more experience and wisdom. It's possible that Rossi is referring to the same wholeness now that he is the Elder Statesman of the field.

MotoGP » Rossi rues time lost on opening laps

SkyWilk: If you think stopping power is all about brembo, then i don't know why i am even discussing this with you... And by the way, you might have your opinions all you want, but why again are you criticizing Lorenzo in a Rossi thread...? And why don't you use those same arguments to explain us why Rossi was such a failure on top of that Ducati?
Last I checked, Lorenzo's calipers say "Brembo". Additionally, my specific comment was that Brembo can only provide what the tires and chassis can support. Secondly, this may have started as a Rossi thread but you made it about Lorenzo by saying "What would Tech 3 say about Lorenzo's bike". I was simply sharing information as to what "Tech 3" says about "Lorenzo's bike". I didn't even make this about Rossi, but it seems like that's all you have in an argument you can't win.
