MotoGP » Rossi’s best qualifying after Sepang save

Very happy to see Rossi on front row. I think he used to the new qualifying format finally. The only factor hurting him for not winning races was the race pace. I don't know about that aspect because Rossi is very happy with his setup. He was saying the same thing on earlier rounds also. Need to wait and see how far he can utilize his first row qualifying this time. As always i cheer for Rossi.

MotoGP » Rossi bags front row start, targets podium

Good to see Rossi on front row. Hoping podium is sure for Rossi. To know what place he would be is a tough to guess. Extra motivation for him is home track and seamless gear box. However, MM is too fast in first 2 sectors. If Vale finds some fix for the 2 sectors, there is more probability for him to win the race. Else he can fight with JLO and DP. For me it is very difficult to guess on the prospects of tomorrow's race as Rossi claimed he got decent setup and constant pace with the hard tire. MM said he feels Rossi can chalenge him..JLO despite qualifying 2nd he is not happy. These comments from the top 3 are confusing. Lets wait and see what is going to happen tomorrow

MotoGP » Marquez destroys Misano pole

Hope tomorrow's race would be interesting even the gap between Marc and Yamaha factory team is more than half a second. As Rossi stated seamless gearbox would be advantage while shifting the gears and more useful in the race distance. Will wait and see how Yamaha can take the advantage of new feature installed for this race. If there is no improvement in the first two sectors by Rossi it is going to be Marc, Rossi and Lorenzo. If Rossi recovers some time in the first two sectors there may be chance for him to win the race. Else 2nd or 3rd for him. Marc is amazing..if Yamaha improves in tomorrow's warmup, then only they can fight for victory. Else they will fight for the 2nd and 3rd. I am cheering for Rossi but not sure he can win the race, but sure for podium.

MotoGP » 'Good Friday' for Rossi, new gearbox 'great'

The progress made with help of seamless gearbox--podium is definitely in the sight of Rossi. If he can join and fight with the three Spaniards, then the race is going to be great. If all the 4 japaneese bikes are competitive and the fans can enjoy a lot and the bset among the 4 would win the race. Rossi - race craft skills Marc - Blindly rides like Stoner (already created history and havoc) Lorenzo - Very consistent Pedrosa - always underdog (lack of luck and sometimes lack of self belief). Hoping for a close race...all will decide upon the Saturday progress made by the top 4 mentioned above.
