F1 » Maldonado dreaming of Monaco podium

From the testing in Spain, Pastor has proven conclusively that he is blindingly fast as Gerald Lopez has said. So obviously he would make an excellent test driver for Lotus. But when he is on the track surrounded by 21 other cars, - not so much, Public announcement to all Monaco marshalls - For your own personal safety, - RUN To all F1 drivers participating in the Monaco GP - PARK

F1 » Horner: You can see why McLaren need Fallows…

Ron Dennis will win this one despite what all you strange people are wishing for. The law is the law and Mclaren are in the legal right. I don't understand why you people are supporting Horner after the recent fuel flow sensor issue when he just proved conclusively that Red Bull are natural born cheats and led by the biggest cheat of them all. Just ask his wife!

F1 » Montezemolo rings changes at Ferrari

I rather get the impression that Luca is being "leaned" on by the big chiefs at Fiat and is now spending time with the F1 team and neglecting his other responsibilities in the group in a last ditch effort to get Ferrari back to the top. I suspect that if this doesn't show results in the very near future, Luca himself could be the next head to roll. Corporate complexities, you seldom get the truth in the press.

F1 » Horner: You can see why McLaren need Fallows…

107SS2009: Snottub, yes it’s the exact same thing, there was a time when Newey left Williams to work for mclaren which in itself was the same thing all over again, One can safely liken this subject to a never ending circle. Laughinggas, McLaren went to great expense to reemploy someone (Newey) that decided that he didn't wanted to work for them, the same thing can be said of RBR regarding Fallows.
Newey stated at the time that he wanted to work for a team that needed to be built from the ground up which is why he went to Red Bull. The new challenge as he called it. So no definitely still not the same thing. Newey did not sign an agreement and then renage on it because somebody made him a more attractive offer of employment. The fact is that Fallows signed a contract and no you can't force him to work there if he doesn't want to, all he has to do is buy his contract back from Mclaren. That means he has to pay them the value of his contract which will be decid

F1 » Mercedes asked for three-race Red Bull ban

AyrtonSenna: Obviously they are worried about the bulls. F1 is a cutthroat business where any advantage over the opposition is huge. I personally want the red bulls to stick it to them now too.
Last year at the "Tyregate" testing scandal, Red Bull were very voiciferous about Mercedes getting race bans and they were trying to lead that particular charge. Conveniently you have a very short memory. I don't want Red Bull to "stick it to Mercedes" as you quite childishly wish for, I just want to see them all race each other fairly and may the best team/driver win. This is called pay back time for Mercedes. Red Bull asked for it and now they know where they stand with Mercedes. Mercedes knew beforehand that they stood no chance of getting the ban imposed by the FIA, they were simply sending a message to Red Bull
Well I am allowed to voice my personal opinion. Tyregate is a completely different issue. They
