MotoGP » Moto2: Maverick Vinales tops final day

Call me optimistic but after taking the Moto3 crown is he going to be another Marquez character and maybe win the championship ? I will be watching him because after last year he knows consistency is the key. On 15 podiums and only 2 race wins bar the final race its the big picture. Maybe he like Marquez realizes that with good kit and good team nothing is impossible !

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi runner-up in Monza Rally Show

I too have watched Rosi's career with interest over the years, and I think next year will be special. Training well over winter, and guns blazing for a final year possibly. I do feel the first year was not to be a threat to JL, but 2nd year gloves are off. Now with the less fuel and satelites upping their game - maybe closer action, then VR racecraft will show as with the races against SB, CC, and AB but including the top 3. Only my thoughts

MotoGP » Lorenzo, Yamaha eager to crack Aragon

MM is a racer and bumps fairings and JL has finally twigged in the last few races you have to race MM not just go for good start and consistent lap times. JL has to bring it to MM for a proper fight and race for the title. Thing is, the luck MM is having JL will probably fall off racing hard. Remember last race of the year 2012 he had safe place then pushed unecessarily and high sided - oops

MotoGP » Marquez: 'Pedrosa has to win the title'

MM is the golden child, and one comes along every generation, Rossi and now MM. If you have the team and the talent, who would you copy to be remembered ? MM has seen Rossi and what he has achieved and I can't help but think he is following in his footsteps. Rossi posters were on his wall growing up. The sport needs powerful characters and MM is going in that direction.
