MotoGP » Scott Redding to Marc VDS Honda

Not going to hold my breath just yet. We have had this adulation and hype before, to no avail. Unless you have a full works bike the best you can expect is top 7 or 8, fighting amongst the other semi works machines. Its pretty much always been that way. Good luck to Redding but lets not slag him off if all he manages is regular top 10.

MotoGP » Redding on 2015: It’s a big decision for me

Agree with Gilles here. Exactly what has Vinales achieved so far in Moto2 ? - Well not very much really. Im not sure Redding will get Repsol bike but again what has Alex Marquez achieved and what has Miller achieved ? There are far better riders around than those mentioned by Biaggi. Look no further than Moto GP itself. The likes of Dovi and Iannone would slaughter people like Miller and Vinales.

MotoGP » Marquez has first shot at Doohan record

Can t believe people are arguing about his smile. If one has the best bike and wins purely because of it, thats one thing. I would suggest Marquez is currently the best rider on the best bike. Stoner on the Ducati was the best rider on not the best bike. Rossi when he first moved to Yamaha from Honda, was the best rider on not the best bike. Generally speaking in motorsport including F1, its the machine that makes the difference. Mostly.

To be fair, Sam Lowes is not on the best bike this year but I am still a bit surprised he isnt doing better. I think Redding is a good rider but not special. Haha if you put Vinales or Miller on the same bike as Dovi and Iannone they wouldnt even see which way they went. Miller is riding a 250cc single and theres no evidence that hes anything more than an average rider. Vinales is better but not exactly winning much, is he ?

If Lowes would have achieved the same results as Vinales in moto2, you and your forum friend w
