MotoGP » Smith happy with 'positive' start

Challenger: 5th place may well be the best Bradely can achieve but there just seems too much focus on it. As for the discrepancies between factory and satellite bikes well top speed charts would disprove that as Bradley has had some of the best top speeds of all riders - all through the season. You also need to consider how would Lorenzo or Rossi go on the Tech3 bike if you did a direct swap with Bradley. I'm sure Bradley would go faster with the extra tech support but I'm also sure Lorenzo or Rossi would be getting that Tech3 bike closer to the front, and isn't that what Bradely wants to and should be doing?
Smith has never boasted that he was as good as Lorenzo, Marquez, Rossi etc but hes proving to be pretty much the best of the rest including constantly hammering his highly thought of team mate.

MotoGP » Smith happy with 'positive' start

Challenger: Time for Smith and Redding for that matter to throw caution to the wind with these last few rounds and with contracts secured for another year try and step up another level with their racing. Don't know why Smith is so fixated with fifth in the championship I'd rather see him hassle the top four during a race after one of his blinding starts rather than the usual 'great start then fall back' routine. If he can manage that then a decent championship finish will take care of itself. Race hard Bradley!!
Hardly think Bradley needs to prove himself does he? Hes had a great season unlike Redding whos had a woeful one.

F1 » VIDEO: Hamilton Previews the Russian GP

FireB: Is Lewis Hamilton the most hated world champion in F1 history?
Mansell was despised by pretty much everyone who worked with him, a humourless, whinging, drama queen seemed to be most folks view but when it comes to acting like a ridiculous tit Lulu is in a league of his own.
Its a close one. Couldnt stand Mansell - Seemed to break his back every 2 or 3 races and always looked close to death on the victory podium. Hamilton just irritates me - A lot though. Imagine them as team mates !

MotoGP » Hayden hoping to ‘hit it hard, carry some momentum’

Mike G: In fact, IF the Open Class had their own place finishes and point system separate from production and satellite riders, for example 1st Open equals 25 points, 2nd equals 20, etc, then the below would be the current point standings for the Open Class Barbera 257 Hayden 218 Baz 203 Laverty 165 Di Meglio 140 Miller 134 deAngelis 93 Bradl 78 Abraham 44 Corti 28
Very interesting, that table is a true reflection of the open championship. Thanks for compiling it, maybe keep it updated for rest of season
Always did suggest that Barbera was better than hes given credit for. Poor bloke doesnt get a lot of praise does he.
