MotoGP » Vintage Rossi outwits Ducati for Qatar glory

PorkPie: What a day. Amazing race. Who said MotoGP was boring? Rossi must leave the most happy, while it's only round one he's won in a tough battle from a bad start. The Dovi and Crazi Joe have to be overjoyed with today and just hope it holds up. Jorge and Dani will be worried, as they just weren't there at the end today. Marc too will be worried, just maybe less so as he can blame a bad start. Questions still! Cal top non factory and Scott first Open, and at least both Suzukis finished the race. Roll on COTA!
Both Crutchlowl and Redding are on factory bikes. That makes Redding last of the factory bikes despite predicting top 6 for himself.

MotoGP » Second fastest Crutchlow still unsure

iusedtobesleepy: We have 1 second covering the first 17 riders, we have a 9 times world champ 0.3 off of fastest time yet sitting in 9th, we have Redding on a new bike 0.6 off double world champ Marquez and we have Cal 0.09 off the same double world champ, I accept everyone has their favourite and supports them but to criticise riders for the current results in FP3 is idiotic at best and shows a total lack of respect and understanding. EDIT by CRASH.NET! Please do not attack other posters.
.6 a lap is 12 seconds over a race distance.

MotoGP » MotoGP Qatar - Free Practice (2) Results

Tomco: Some strange times here. Mike Di Meglio ? Not a fan of Crutchlow but hes quick again so far. Redding should keep his mouth shut until he can come up with the goods - which he isnt. Should have gone to WSBK or BSB in my opinion.
Smith should have gone before least Redding has a resume to back up his deserving a ride in MotoGP...cant say the same for Smith
How do you work that out ? Neither of them have exactly set Motogp on fire but at least Smith didnt boast that he would.
