MotoGP » PICS: Aegerter starts 'Kawasaki' MotoGP test

LaughingGas: amakusa what are you talking about. They can do as they please the fact they are Kawasaki Heavy industries ( shipping, trains, bikes, energy robotics) and many more says they can do as they please. They're not short of cash or resources.
I disagree with you. Prototype motorcycle racing isn't something they seem keen to sink a fistful of yen into.

MotoGP » Amazing Marquez ‘rides MotoGP like dirt track’

Brain:
sandplasma: If electronics were not as prevalent as they are today I guarantee you would see a very different crowd in front. Its unfortunate that raw talent has to take a backseat to good electronics engineers.
And who exactly is it that you think is being hindered the most by electronics ?
Perhaps he's saying that the top teams can afford better electronics and electronic engineers, and that talented riders in the back of the field have no way of even getting close to the front. So even when they run 'control' electronics, the top teams will still have the edge in manipulating whatever parameters can be altered.

MotoGP » Emotional Marquez responds to Andorra critics

geoff.spears sounds like a market fundamentalist. There is no such thing as a 'market'. It's about people. The world is in a 'recession' because a small clique of greedy people want the tax-payers, of which the lower income earners pay a disproportionately higher share of, to pay for their bad casino debts or else they'd take the whole ship down with them. The idea of a 'free market' where the smartest and hardest working earn what they deserve is a complete and utter myth. You believe and defend this system as if it were a religion. You're no better than fundamentalist Christians, Muslim or Jews. The banking sector got 23 trillion dollars out of the Federal Reserve System at close to zero %p.a. and spent the lion's share on holidays and bonus money, while industries, small businesses and home owners got stuck with foreclosures. There is no market, it's a club, and we're not in it!
