MotoGP » Dovi tempted by title thoughts, reality '5-6 races'

Bandini: Ducati could do with losing their qualifying tyre "concession" sooner rather than later. I don't think Gigi wants to wait for 3 wins before he has access to the harder race tyre. I reckon before the summer break Honda and Yamaha will be complaining about Ducatis qualifying advantage and Gigi will magnanimously offer to forgoe it in exchange for access to harder rubber. Obviously if he were to ask for it now Honda and Yamaha would block him. One things for sure I don't see MM offering any more Ducati tows during qualifying. Fair play though good to see Big Red back and refreshing to hear Ducati pilots sounding confident
Well said Bandini !!! They're using the dorna rules well.

MotoGP » Rossi: One of my best ever wins

cossiegaz: There's a part of me that finds it slightly annoying to see the same old headline of 'vintage rossi' when he wins another race and the 'this was one of my best wins' comments from him but this truly was vintage Rossi with one of his best wins, stalking the leaders throughout the race, working out where his strong and weak points were and then timing his pass to perfection and building just enough of a gap to stop that rocket Ducati blasting by on the home straight.
Great result, great Champion. Had visions of 2007 when watching that rocketship Ducati tho. Don't think they need development concessions anymore,or fuel or soft tyres ?
