F1 » Kobayashi escapes punishment for Massa crash

Raafrebel: The crash wasnt that bad, It only caused $17 million in damage! took 3 cars out of a perstiges event called F1 Cmon guys, he did say
I have to agree. We must not forget this is the pinacle of motorsport. The car looks like it has been drawn by a 5 year old with crayons. KK has said a F3 car is quicker. I have to question why a car would have its brakes controlled by software. They have dual circuits for front and rear that are hydraulic as can be seen in the recent pictures of Ferrari's with the nose cones off. I cannot see that they (Caterham)are remotely competitive and have been banging around at the back end for a number of years. Why not just call it quits and let the people who are serious race cars in F1. This is not good for the image of F1

F1 » Dennis returns as CEO of McLaren Group

The timing of this is rather suspicious. Bernie being further prosecuted and looks likely to exit and Ron stepping back into the frame?? They are not the best the best of friends and there were rumors that Ron had to step aside for the good of McLaren when he departed due to his relationship with Bernie. I wonder if Whitmarsh was just a stop gap? I am sure the fortunes of the team will turn around if the relationship with Bernie changes or leaves.

F1 » Kate Walker: The Max and Bernie show... again

@ Texas Roadhouse I assume you are referring to me. You are missing one fundamental point in your argument. Without fans there is no F1....... Mosley may have fixed a problem. But I for one would not jump out the frying pan into the fire. He is corrupt and has cheated on his family in the most abhorrent way. How you can even think about support someone of his calibre surprises me. The F1 teams are talking about getting the FIA run like a business. CEO, FD, Technical director for individual categories ect. Why would you run such a powerful and influential organisation with the majority of its powers concentrated in one persons hands and that individual you support to do that particular job is none other than Max Mosley. The sport needs to be dragged into the modern age with no concessions being shown for individuals powers or egos. Like I said the sport is for the supporters and fans.

F1 » Vettel absent from Webber farewell

I feel i have to say you are overlooking one point. This is a sport. Where has sportsmanship gone. It appears a win at attitude is now the way to behave. Where have all the gentlemen gone? Petulant childish behaviour is not a good way to mark you down as a sportsman or earn you respect from your rivals and more importantly the public.
