MotoGP » Lorenzo wins, ties world championship lead

And for now only JL have skill to lean the bike and use that edge grip...
Is this his additional skill which others don't have or is this the only skill that he has..? Be clear because I fear he can ride only that way... If he can ride the conventional way
Utter bullcrap! How about mugello this year? And also Jerez, he modified his style by sitting the bike up quicker. JLo honed his skills to ride the M1 in this manner, ala Biaggi style. Yes JLo is reliant on the edge-grip tyres and/or requires high grip ground, but since VR is not reliant on them, why then did he not win in Indy and at Brno? Just accept VR did not have the pace here and the better rider won, lets move on to next track. Even the riders acknowledge this fact, its the fanboys who are over the top!

MotoGP » Rossi braces for ‘great fight’ with Lorenzo

Back in 2006, when it came to the last race of the season to get a result over Hayden, Rossi did botch up. It happens, he is human after all. The reason he doesn't crash as much is that, he has always been a safe racer. I do not doubt that he was not focused or motivated for the win, but he was clearly off the pace today. But one thing is that, I have never really seen him so distraught before. Looking forward to a frantic finish to this year's championship!

MotoGP » Lorenzo wins, ties world championship lead

So the myth that Rossi needs a front row start to beat JLo & Marc is officially busted! No raceday magic today for Rossi today. Superb race from JLo and Marc did stalk him well in the opening laps! That was the most bitter face that I have ever seen Rossi put out! Maybe he got overconfident of pulling the Argentina trick again?! Still 7 races to go, any DNF could swing the lead into either of the top 3. P.S: everytime we think it might be a close race, we end up getting disappointed!

MotoGP » Advantage Lorenzo at hot and slippy Brno

Guna4699: Same guys who don't want to talk about edge treated tyres are the ones who are still taking about Saturday night specials... He is 35 now, fighting neck to neck with riders younger than him by atleast 5 yrs,, came out of confidence denting two Years,, defying the age factor and climbing the ladder again,, he doesn't get any overnight specials this season,, if he can do this without specials now he surely can do even better without specials 8yrs back @28 yrs age,, michelin just offered customized tyres to each team. The more Rossi wins at this period is the more the conspiracy about over night special becomes irrelevant...
Rossi has come back very strongly and this is the best set of rivals he is up against. It is remarkable seeing how he is doing, but it does not erase the fact he did get certain preferential treatment, as a few others. Just another note, even though some of us are fans' of other riders, it does not erase the fact that Rossi is a

MotoGP » POLL: Who will win the 2015 MotoGP title?

Rockstar84: I don't understand why VR is not getting the most votes?! I believe on current form and matters it is VR. JLo seems way too reliant on the tyres(type) and not sure whether he can get the best out of the new frame.
Currently VR is on 71.44%, JL on 19.72, MM on 8.37%. I believe that gives him a bit of a lead.
My bad, what I meant was in terms of the comments. My vote is on Rossi as well.

MotoGP » Lorenzo: It’s like tennis…

Currently Rossi is seemingly the better rider in Yamaha because he seems more flexible for the conditions, and his weak point is qualifying ( which he seems to be improving too) Jorge is much faster when he has the tyres that suit him, if not he simply is not fighting for the win, and I feel this is where he is lacking. He needs to be more flexible, its ok to have a bad weekend. But not concede defeat by saying the conditions and such don't favour me. I hope to see a better fight for the title. Right now, Rossi seems to be the likely champion!
