MotoGP » Lorenzo: It’s like tennis…

Hmm, I dislike that he kinda is putting on the tyre for his shortfall. We can also note that, when JLo is lacking in FP, then the race is also going to be bad for him, whereas for Rossi, he tends to pull out something for the race. Maybe Jlo needs to look at how else to improve the bike and riding style? I saw that in Jerez, he started to sit up the bike earlier, and it seemed to work wonders, maybe a breakthrough is needed for this new chassis. I'm sure the hammer will come down!

Currently Rossi is seemingly the better rider in Yamaha because he seems more flexible for the conditions, and his weak point is qualifying ( which he seems to be improving too) Jorge is much faster when he has the tyres that suit him, if not he simply is not fighting for the win, and I feel this is where he is lacking. He needs to be more flexible, its ok to have a bad weekend. But not concede defeat by saying the conditions and such don't favour me. I hope to see a better fight for the title. Right now, Rossi seems to be the likely champion!

BlackMamba99: Apart from all the hype i find Rossi pretty ordinary. Most of his early rivals were mediocre, they were good riders but in no way as good as Marquez or Jorge. Rossi beat Jorge in 2008 and 09? so what? Jorge was still a newcomer back then. I would say the accident in 2010 saved some of his reputation since he would've gotten humiliated by Jorge that year anyway. Rossi used his mind games and friends in Dorna and Press to destroy Stoner's reputation because he knew Stoner could've taken away his crown. I see more Rossi fans moaning about Stoner than Stoner moaning himself.
Sorry dude, Rossi is not ordinary, he is the epitome of MotoGp. He is no angel though, he did pull off some dirty moves on his rivals and seemingly got away with it, due to his charisma and popularity. But I can't deny he was the reason millions of people, me included, took to following this sport! And still he has evolved amidst younger contenders and look to be in pole posi

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Rossi was rightful winner at Assen

hillyblu: Rossi deserved the win!!! Now that is real rocket science Lorenzo. The fact is not only that Rossi deserves the win, but Marc is too reckless on the track. For crying out loud he has done the same to you (Lorenzo).
When he did not comment on the issue after the race, that was wrong, now he has given his thoughts, it is 'real rocket science'. Damned if you do, damned if you don't!
