MotoGP » Laguna Seca dropped from 2014 MotoGP calendar

Before i make my comment I do want to say I am a huge fan of Laguna and I am disappointed to see them go. However, the facility was out of date and only having the MotoGP class there put a damper on it as well. Yeah the AMA guys were there but the only way you could watch them would be if you were there in person. Plus from the money side they were a not for profit event. I am interested in seeing why they kept Indy on the schedule. MAYBE with them renovating the track and resurfacing it could produce a safer and more interesting race.
